I placed this in my living room and we all have fun punching away. Great stress reliever and exercise. I also got gloves. The levels set in place really well and won't fall. The bag is tough, so I Must use gloves, but I can see we will be able to use this for a long time. We filled it with water, which has not leaked out. It has not tipped over, although it did turn up on its side when my 6'2.5 225lb Papa Bear took to it! However, once he hit without the full tension, it was fine, especially for repeated fast punching.

The stand was easy to assemble & shockingly light in the mail. The only complaint I had was adding sand to the bottom. You add sand through the top of the bottom block. The hole was small, the sand kept getting clogged. Other than that I love the stand.

Easy to assemble. When filling the base. I used play sand, it took about 45 pounds only after that it didn't take more. I'm 5'9 tall and about 183 pounds when punching the bag, I almost knocked down with one strong punch. So I can say it's not a bag to unload your maximum strength. I would say it's more like intermediate and for practicing coordination and speed. Overall for the price it is good . .

Bought this for my grandson for Christmas and he loves it it was easy to assemble and very steady easy to use would buy this product again.
