They work good with the exception that when you close the cash drawer the drawer slides back. They don’t give you anything from stopping this annoyance. My manager screwed two blocks in the rails to stop this from happening.

Incorrect Description, Hardware Is Not Included, Brackets feel sturdy and of good quality!
This Epsilont Cash Drawer brackets were purchased for our Cash Draw that is connected to the printer and POS via a Square Stand run by an Apple iPad. I don’t know to give it 1 or 5 Stars! The durability and feel of it are sturdy and feels like it would get the job done, which has not been the case with this one. Our package didn't have the actual hardware (screws) in the box when we opened it and begin to install it. It has been put in the Office until I'm able to find those exact size (length and width) screws. It has not been easy to find the right ones. We have found them several times with the correct length but the width is either too larger in diameter to fit in the preexisting drilled holes or too small to hold it. We are not going to risk a 3k setup being placed in this and trusting it in any of our food trucks without the correct hardware. This was purchased to find the best one on the market that would hold up in our Trucks. It would have been perfect if the hardware, would have shipped with it and we could have tried it outi.We need 15 total and this item seemed to be perfect and I have been looking for quite some time, now. Very disappointed!! We were not able to find the hardware anywhere else. This might be a good product but we are looking for another one again, that definitely has the hardware included. Per the description on Amazon, it was supposed to be included. Please advise if anyone has purchased a good quality 16” for your cash drawer and the screws were included.
