I really like this product for my kids
I really like this product for my kids, it's dies not smell and it stays in place. I also use it for when I have a minor headache

I'm not sure if these "work" per se in terms of reducing fever, but even if they do not, the placebo effect is worth it. My son (4) gets an occasional very high fever out of nowhere like most preschoolers. We used this patch, and he thought it was so cool and was able to rest peacefully knowing we had done something to help him...besides "icky medicine". I read another review that said keep the pack in the 'fridge for extra cooling power...and I do that now just in case we need it.
