I find that if I move this when it is being used it results in a screeching sound or stops playing. If I leave it put it works just fine.*Customer service reached out and offered to send me a new cord. This leads me to believe that I just had a defective cord. I appreciate the good customer service.

Update:The company offered me either a replacement or a refund. Customer service was very polite. I’m leaving the one star review because the item did not work from the minute I first tried to use it, but it is reassuring that customer service was helpful.I just received the item yesterday and attempted to use it today. It constantly cuts out the sound and stops the music, switching it back to my phone speakers...basically every time the car isn’t driving at one speed in a straight line. Turning corners, breaking, speeding up, driving on an uneven road, anything you can think of. I will be returning it.

The cable is not compatible with iPhone 8 plus.Update (10/31/2018)Customer service got in touch with me, they sent me 2 new updated cables and so far both are working great with my new iPhone Xs Max.

The price is good in comparison to brick and mortar brands, however; we went thru two in as many months. The new replacement was bad right out of the box.Update - Judy from CS was concerned with my experience and is sending me what she believes is a better version of the cables I used previously so we will put these into service and see how it goes. Great customer service even if the cables have been troublesome. I will update again...

This product at first I would’ve gave it five stars as it worked find with my car. I recently got the IPhone XR and lost my headphone jack but still want to play music in my car.After a while, I’d say 2-3weeks later it stopped work and when I plugged it in there was a staticky sound and the sound was only coming from one of my car speakers and it would alternate which speaker it came from. & I did confirm that it wasn’t my cars problem as the radio was fine and my back up aux cord was working fine as well. On the bright side, it was only $10 but it's definitely cheap and not going to last in the long run

So I bought a lightly used BMW Z4 2009 convertible for the weekends. I have no way of listening to my IPhone pandora or the other digital files on my phone because the attachments in the "older" cars are not USB. So I found this connection and bought it immediately. I thought the price was very fair and I was very happy with how fast I received it. Very excited to use it in my car and I am very very happy. The sound quality is fantastic. No issues at all. The cable chord seems very sturdy and I am sure Ill be using it for a while. It has made my little Z4 so perfect. Thank you!

I bought this cord two months ago, and already it doesn't work. When it did work, it was great! Good sound quality. However, I've been having issues for the last couple of weeks, so honestly it only truly worked as advertised for about a month. Most of the time when I plug it into my phone, it doesn't even register that there's an aux cord plugged in. It will work sometimes, but it's a total crapshoot and more often than not, it doesn't work. I probably should have known something so cheap wouldn't last but I was hoping.Update: Customer service reached out to me offering me a refund or two replacement cords. I chose the refund since I already purchased a different cord, and they said they wouldn't be able to give it to me until I updated my review to have 4 stars. Customer service has been diligent and responds quickly.

I used to have an AUX for my IPhone 6 and in 2018 I switched to iPhone 10. The AUX for my iPhone 6 worked pretty well so I have decided to purchase the AUX for my iPhone 10. I have been use it for 7 months. At first it was great. Sound quality was nice and it connect with my IPhone 10 well. Then nearly a year later the connection started to have issues and the music was blurry, the sound was on and off. Durability was bad and I won’t recommend it
