You will have to put this together, but it is simple! And it's definitely a keepsake for our grandkids.

I am really not complaining....just disappointed. I am a woodworker, but I cannot imagine the tedious nature of mass producing a product; regardless there should be some pride in whatever is hand made - mass production or not. The crate was not square and had to be shimmed, the nails were TOO deep (almost through the slats), and rough to the touch (not to mention splinters in the handle). What made me the most sad was the nail placement on the engraved side .... damaging the letters.I squared up the crate, sanded and clear coated the sided, but unfortunately I cannot repair the letters. The crate is super cute and the front panel engraving is AMAZING.

We love how beautifully it was imprinted but extremely hard to put together. For the price I paid I was expecting it to be fully put together.
