It's hard to know for sure
I haven't had my levels tested but I seem to have a lil more spunk. Hard to say for sure because this isn't the only change I've made in the time span I've taken them. I also just went from 10mg to 20 mcg a day as they recommended 50 for women. As a woman I worry about growing facial hair so I opt out of the recommended dose.

Does what I need it for
I don’t produce enough testosterone and the gynecologist put me in the 10mg. I’m a new person. I had a total hysterectomy.
