Great headphones and Mic
I used to use my standard TaoTronics over-ear headphones for Zoom and Teams calls and people used to comment that I wasn't loud enough or it was otherwise difficult to hear me. Since buying these I've had no issues with people being able to hear me at all. Also, the design of the on-ear headphones means my ears don't get as hot or sweaty when wearing them for prolonged periods of time and the headphones are less tightly sprung so they don't pinch my ears even when I'm wearing glasses. Despite this I have no issues with ambient noises it's not soundproof but it's not distracting at all.Works fine on both Windows and Mac USB controls are optimised for Teams but volume up and down works fine on Mac and zoom, teams and Google meets. I've had no issues at allOverall a very good product at a competitive price.

Plantronics and Poly are the same company, reviews claming "fake" are incorrect.
These are great, I have tested the microphone and looked at the output waveform, and used them for both Zoom/Discord etc... as well as for Music. If you fold away the microphone and use them as "HiFi" headphones, these are better than some dedicated headphones I have owned.... they are comfortable, and have just the right weight to them... (come with a nice case too).If someone had driver issues with a standard USB audio device (as some have commented), I suggest that they look at their software not this Plantronics/Poly. You shouldn't need a driver to use this, perhaps for the buttons, but was immediately recognised when plugged into my Ubuntu system, shows up as follows:-ID 047f:c053 Plantronics, Inc. Plantronics Blackwire 5220 SeriesLooking at the USB device it appears as a stereo audio output, a mono microphone, a mixer controller, and another device labeled "feature unit", which I assume refers to the mute/pickup button.... without any special software, the volume buttons control the default audio device, and the mute button interacts with the mute button for the device in the software mixer... but I don't have any way to test the "phone" button. Some people have reported that the microphone is quiet, but I compared it to another Plantronics (blackwire 315.1) headset, and it is identical... clearly set up not to clip even if you speak loudly, but not excessively quiet IMO, I was able to get near to 0db output by speaking loudly. If I was to be really picky, I'd say that the padding is not entirely silent, and crinkles a little as you move the headset on your head, but I think this will settle down as they are used.... definitely a good buy IMO.

Extremely satisfied
I was a bit unsure before the purchase because I have generally been disappointed by various other headsets, but this one was definitely above my expectations. My main use is for Skype teleconference sessions. The sound quality is excellent and the mic does pick my voice up extremely well according to my business counterparts. This is also an excellent headset for language learning, because of the crispness in sound. Obviously, it is not for music listening and neither it should be. Also, with Windows 10, the device setup completed in about 5 seconds, which was very impressive. It is also very comfortable to wear. I did start to feel some mild pressure after over two hours of continuous use, but shifting it a bit made things better and I felt no discomfort afterwards. This is a big difference from headsets that hurt after a few minutes of use. The only thing that was a bit unexpected was that the seller shipped this unit without a tracking number. Something for them to consider in the future maybe?

Good sound quality
My company uses these headsets for Skype calls. The microphone is crystal clear and eliminates background noise. The headstrap is adjustable and comfortable. The build quality is very good and last us a long time, despite daily use.

Poor Sound
For calls and voice they are a decent headset but for the money they cost they have awful sound and no bass content at all. While working I do tend to listen to a little music between calls and this was by far the worst headset I've used for music its just faint tinny sound, so much so I only used them a few days and bought another brand.

Mic is Big Issue for Mac Users
Well detected on Mac, but half working IF using the USB port only! Poorly works on Mac IF using the USB port. Despite mic volume adjusted to the max, my contact could not hear me properly. Yet again an overrated product (at least for Mac users). Such an expensive product for that kind of result. However, everything works perfectly through the JACK. So, if you like/need the control gadget (USB), forget it if on Mac.
