This is a great product and a great idea. One of my cats had taken to using the wall for some reason. I had to bluetac some tin foil to the corners of the walls before this arrived.The only problem is, is that there is only a fixing on the top of the scratcher. This is a stupid design as no cat will use a scratcher that moves about on the wall. I am sure a handy person can create another fixing, however, I am a female alone and found that super-glueing (small dob at the bottom) it to the wall at the bottom did the trick, it certainly hasn't come off and is now used regularly. I did have to entice my cat to first play with a toy and then slowly move her towards the scratcher so that she was attacking the toy but also getting her claws stuck on the scratcher. Hoorah, after a couple of goes she now just uses the scratcher and I have removed all foil from my walls!I have only scored this as a 4* due to the lack of fixing on the bottom. I will probably order another one as and when this falls apart and fix it over the hole in the wall that it will make when I remove it :-)

Having recently moved house, there were favourite scratching places left by the previous occupant's [3!] cats. The side of the door had been most used, so I looked for a corner scratching post. I was quite bewildered by the number and sizes of those available. As I have two electric points very near the corner concerned, I decided I must measure the maximum width the wall could take. I think the length of post is not really a problem, but DO measure your available width, I did, and so my scratching post fits perfectly.I definitely recommend this product.

Arrived in good time well made. It came with screws and plugs but only fixings at the top to hang it , i found it didn't fit as flush to the corner as i would have like so i attached two further fixings on the bottom in similar fashion to the existing fixings and this problem was easily cured. Perhaps me just being picky then my cat is a bit of a bruiser and i think he would have had it off the wall ! i dont think this is a major fault just me .

not only did i have to wait weeks on end for them, but the thick royal mail drivers took them else where then sent them back, also they were small than the others i had bought months ago, big disappointment all round
