Like Kerry, who posted before me, I had lost my source of good jasmine oolong tea, and turned to this to flavor teas. It is SO WONDERFUL! I am TOTALLY adicted to jasmine both in taste and fragrance, and this stuff REALLY delivers on both! It smells and tastes SO EXACTLY like fresh jasminium sambec, which is the variety used for scenting teas. You can turn ANY tea, oolong, green, white, black, take your pick, deliciously! I strongly suggest using a dropper to dispense, as it only takes a few drops per cup of tea. I just add a few drops straight from the bottle with a dropper, and it contains no alcohol to alter the taste. I love the fact that it is all natural, and not sweetened. I am so glad to have found a source of jasmine flavor that I can control the strength of use myself, and not have to worry about a tea being flavored properly. I actually find that I get a BETTER jasmine tea by buying higher quality green teas and flavoring them myself, than the ones already flavored! Please keep these coming with the high quality and affordable price, and I'll keep buying!

Or, I could say no aroma period. Not a very useful way to spend my money. I wish I could get a refund.

I was dreaming of jasmine-flavored ice cream and rice for many months when I finally did some searching and found this brand. Because some other reviewers found they used too much the first time, I was cautious on not using more than a few drops the first time I used it in both rice and ice cream. I found that I needed a good six to ten drops to get the flavor I really wanted. It may just be a matter of personal taste, so start smaller and go from there. That being said, there are a great many drops in each bottle, so they will last quite a long time. The price for the three-pack was quite good. I have not tried other brands for comparison, but I quite like the flavoring. I hope to expand my usage into other recipes.

If you are jasmine tea drinker like me, and love the floral scent that jasmine tea is known for, you wil fall in LOVE with this jasmine flavor/extract. I searched high and low for great tasting Jasmine tea for few years now and I finally got it with this flavoring!! I couldn't find strong jasmine scented tea like the one I tasted in a Chinese restaurant that I used to go to. The restaurant owner told me that the jasmine tea they used came directly from tea farm in China and was really "fresh". I bought loose tea from the restaurant, until they went out of business. :(So I went to Asian grocery stores and bought all kinds of Jasmine tea, but all of them had stale taste and little to none when it came to jasmine scent. So hence begun my search for Jasmine tea that "really tasted" like the Jasmine Tea. I had no luck only by using loose tea or tea bags that are sold in USA, so I turned to Jasmine extracts and found this!!This flavor is NOT alcohol based, so you can add it to drinks without tainting the flavor. But don't over do it, it's so powerful that if you add too much, your drink will taste like perfume! Just couple of drops added to a tall galss of tea is all that it needs. I usually make homemade simple syrup and add 1/2~1 teaspoon worth of this jasmine flavor to keep in the refrigerator. I make Jasmine tea and add this simple syrup to add more jasmine scent to the drink! love love love this product!

Flavor isnt that great...maybe hidden in a cake it would be ok but to me it doesnt taste good in tea.

I can understand the mixed reviews on this product. Two of the three bottles were perfect, exactly what I was looking for; a nice floral jasmine perfect for adding to seltzer water and apple juice or used to enhance jasmine tea. I went through them pretty quickly. The third bottle just wasn't quite right, maybe a little too floral with a bit of a licorice bite. Don't want to judge the product if it was just one bad batch, so it gets fours stars, five if I judge just the first two bottles.
