This is a wonderful book. I have many crochet/craft books and I actually feel that my collection is now complete and I shouldn't need to buy any more with this definitive book. This has everything from beginning a project to finishing it off. It's written in UK terms - always a +. Jane Crowfoot is an iconic designer and makes everything look so easy. A wee bit disappointed there isn't more patterns in it but that's not a criticism - just an observation.

I am learning to crochet. The Complete Crochet Handbook is easy to read with lots of demonstrative pictures. It’s like step by step roadmap, showing what I need to start stitching now, building up to more advanced techniques with tips and plenty of advice. Recommended.
