I work and commute long hours and wanted a cushion for my car to ease the tightness in my legs and bottom. This cushion did the trick. It is low profile so that it doesn't boost me too high and does, in fact, ease the tension in my lower half. I have another, higher profile seat cushion in my work chair, but that didn't work for the car. For anyone with limited mobility, be aware that all seat cushions made of rubbery or silicone material will not allow you to slide your legs around to enter or exit the car as they are a bit grippy. You will need to lift your bottom a bit or maybe put some silky material on top.

I get stuck sitting a lot (my job, plus I write in my time off). And I need all the help I can get in keep correct posture, and also alleviating tension build up in my girdle and lower back. These silicone seats do just the trick. If you're experiencing sciatic pressure, hip problems, lower back problems, or other structural discomfort, these can't solve the pain, but they resolve quite a bit of it, and make it easier to function. In combination with physical therapy, they promote less pain over time, meaning less hassle as you address your pain issues.

Are use it in my office chair. Makes 7 1/2 hours of sitting at a desk more comfortable.

This product worked for me on really long drives. I drove from New Orleans to New York City and didn't have any pain after 8 hour days driving. In the past I couldn't drive more than 6 hours due to spine and butt pain. It really helps. The only complaint is that the silicone is very clingy and it's hard to get in and out of the car without shifting the seat pad. It has to be adjusted every time you get in to get it to seat properly, but once it's in position it is very comfortable.

I weight 300lbs and walk a lot around work averaging 10k steps a day. I run hot and this seat cushion cools me down when I finally take a seat. I run a fan under my desk and the air really circulates nicely cooling me down. Aside from the cooling, it supports my weight very nicely. With most gel/memory pads I would sink quickly and the support would be non-existing. I've had this pad for about two years and whether I need a cool down from all the walking or if I'm at my desk for an extended period of time it does what I need it to do. This pad isn't SOFT but it's not HARD. it supports but not to the point of it being uncomfortable. I love it!
