I cannot take this. It made me extremely dizzy to the point of falling. The product itself is good and no issues with the company. This is just one of those supplements I can't use. So I'm giving it 4 stars.

I know the title sounds hyperbolic but its true. I was suffering from terrible sleep. It wasn’t insomnia, Ive always gone to sleep late but I was not going into REM sleep and was having breathing issues while sleeping. I also developed TMJ and would wake with a clicking jaw. In the morning I would feel exhausted and my productivity during the day was suffering. Ive gained 60 lbs because I had no energy to workout or I never wanted to do anything. I can’t remember where I heard about these (it was chat gpt) I was trying to find something, anything that would help me to not feel terrible all the time and gpt listed 10 products I could take for stress. I had deduced that I was having cortisol spikes at night that was making sleep difficult. So reading the list I saw this, PS. I had never heard of it but I was desperate for something so I ordered a bottle.The first time they arrived I had just finished working and took one. I woke up on the couch about 30 mins later not realizing I had fallen asleep. I have never done that, as it’s difficult for me to sleep outside of a normal bedroom setting. This went on for approximately a week. I started taking them at night but was crashing hard. This eventually wore off but my sleep during the night is still very deep. I now have dreams again, almost every night. My sleep tracker is showing all green rings, with my O2 being optimal along with my readiness score. These pills have been a life saver.I no longer wake up feeling like a sack of crap. Ive started working out again, and have been way more active. I haven’t paid too much attention to the memory aspect but Im sure its helping. If you are having issues with stress or sleep, take a chance on this and see if it changes your life too!I started with one pillMoved to twoAnd now Im up to 4 pills or 600 mgs.

I've used this exact supplement for at least a couple of years. This time I noticed a major problem. The capsules are usually white. This time they are white with brown streaks throughout all the capsules. They are not supposed to look like this!I've emailed their customer support and left a voicemail on their customer service after-hours line. Notified Amazon. And last but not least, leaving this review to warn others. Check the LOT number on your bottle(s) and compare it with mine. Mine says:LOT: 220310? (last number is illegible)EXP: 06/2024My apologies I don't have the complete LOT number. The important thing is to inspect your capsules. If all white they should be ok. We've sent your inquiry to our manufacturer for further testing on the lot information provided and here is there response."The phos-serine raw material ranges in color from yellowish-brown with specks to light brown-brown with specks. It is never white. This particular lot is light brown with specks. It is a natural raw material derived from soy and color will vary lot to lot. There is nothing wrong with the product and is safe to consume."We hope this help! Please let us know if you need anything further.Thank you & Have a healthy day!"I appreciate them getting back to me with info. I'd already requested a refund from Amazon and reordered the product. I'll take a close look at it and decide if I feel comfortable taking it if it has specs (which it hasn't in all my time using it).In all fairness it's not usually white, more of an off-white. The specs are what concern me. But, according to the mfr, they are safe.

Slowly but surely, I have noticed my memory and cognition improving. It has taken a couple of months, but the improvement has been worth it and I will continue to use it.
