A fantastic set of adjustable weightsDelivery & Packaging - the weights were delivered reasonably quickly in a few days by courier in two medium sized cardboard boxes, they can be quite awkward to handle as they are heavy. I would recommend a two person carry on this item whilst it is boxed.Installation - the weights are all labelled and they come with an instruction booklet to show you how to set up different uses of the weights from dumbbells, kettlebells to curling bars.Features and Use - once you have unpackaged everything it is your choice how you set up the weights. Me personally I set up 2 dumbbells 10kg each and used the rest as a kettlebell. The 2 extra bars that come with the weights allow you to turn the dumbbells into curling bars by screwing them onto the end bars of the dumbbells (it is quite easy and straight forward to do this) the bars are padded and are very comfortable to use.Price - the cost of this item is quite reasonable for the quality of the weights. I think the price is very good compared to similar products on the market which aren't as nice.A very happy customer after buying this product and I would definitely recommend.

Does exactly what you’d expect, I went for the lower weight but still get good use from them. I would recommend if you are just starting out at home and can’t get to a gym yet

This is a fantastic set, great quality and competitive in price compared to others. It has really upped my work out progress. It comes with varying sizes of plates so you can custom your work out.It is a little bulkier than standard dumbbells and kettlebells when you make them up but don't let that put you off you soon get used to it and it doesn't impact your work outIt's easy to change the weight mid exercise if need be, without being easy to come off during exercise, I have found it very robust doing kettle bell swings etcCustomer service was great, I had a query which they answered very quickly. came well packaged and arrived quicker than statedHighly recommend, great bit of kit, cost effective, adaptable to your work outs

Few days usage and I’ve been stopped in the street and been asked “are you Arnie”. Chump to pump in 7 days it’s amazing! I recommend this weight set especially when walking the dog! Amaze balls!

The seller admits current stock is all damaged and poor quality . You need to pay a return( 30kg ) They will not refund on faulty goods as they are knowingly sending out the faulty goods .Third party Amazon won’t help AVOID

Box came wet and all messed up the weight bars where filthy and marked and I’m sure I’ve got a piece missing so wasn’t best pleased
