Easy to fit - isolate the mains supply
The operational design of the actuator means that it's not the most reliable. Unfortunately, the original heating engineer had installed the actuator with the manual lever against the wall. However, the failed actuator is easy to remove and replace, making sure that mains voltage is isolated from all of the connections. So four stars for ease of replacement and I'll ignore the functional design.
