I decided to try this coco matting as a mulch in my garden beds. I put down a layer of cardboard with the coco on top. It worked really well and held up for the whole season. Pic 1 is the day I put it down and pic 2 is what it looks like 1 year later. Unfortunately it only lasts one season but I thought it was a great deal, so I’m back for more to do this again for the second year.

What a difference this makes having it underfoot on the deck during inclement weather. Holds its position well in rain, snow and wind and eliminates the slip hazard in the snow.I'm sold.

I needed a runner for the outside when it snowed. These are rather short and once they are down in the snow, they cannot be removed until spring since they will shred upon their removal. On the bright side, if you just need a simple quick short runner, they will do the job.

Our backyard and deck are very slippery during fall, winter, and spring due to snow and mud. We used to spread straw, but it looked tacky and didn't last long. Besides, we couldn't place it on our wooden deck. One day, I slipped on the deck and almost injured myself. That's when I decided to try a different solution. I found this amazing product that not only looks neat but is also super easy to install. It comes with its own stakes, and the best thing is that it has lasted for two months despite the hard freezes, thawing, and rain in Ohio. The product claims to be easy to clear of snow and debris, and it has proven to be true. I was skeptical, but snow and ice come right off with a few sweeps of the broom, and mud has not soaked through it. I even ran some of it up my wooden deck and stapled it down with a heavy stapler, and it has worked well. In conclusion, this product gets an A, and I plan to purchase more in the future.

I HATED placing salt and sand on the sidewalk to the entrance to the house during icy conditions. No matter how well you cleaned your shoes or boots, my entryway eventually would become a mess from the salt residue and sand. I live in the southern US, so icy weather is an occasional thing, but still hazardous. Decided to give this a try. I will be keeping a roll of this from now on. Sticks to the ice after being walked on, the footing is sure even with ice and snow on top of it. No more messy entry. When the ice melts, I just drag them onto my porch to drain and dry, they are almost self cleaning and self draining. I can see several seasons of winter weather where a roll or two can be useful. I can even see some uses in my garden for a roll or two of this stuff. Very impressed. I will try the wider version of this in the future

These mats are a really great material to put down for snow or ice. I screwd them down to my dog's ramp. The only draw back is you have to attach them tightly or the wrinkles from where they were folded up to ship, will stay. But otherwise great to walk on when snowing or icy or wet. I could see many applications for this stuff.
