Can't move my baguettes without it.
I work a very wet dough for my sourdough baguettes and without this flipper I really knock the air out of them moving them onto their baking tubes, there is a knack to rolling them onto this but practice makes perfect! A light dusting of flour is essential to stop them sticking to the wood.

Beautifully made product.
This was just what I was looking for to slide Sourdough loaves into a Dutch oven. Works amazingly well. Have not tried it yet on baguettes but they will be done in a couple of months. Nicely finished product. Well worth the money.

Best on the market
Most baguette boards on the market are too short, which seems to defeat the fundamental purpose of them. This is not only the longest and therefore most versatile, but it is also great quality. Perfect for my sourdough bread-making.
