I would think so. However, my daughter is much older and I'm not breastfeeding any longer. So I'm not 100% sure.

Q: Is the white dress a bright white or cream?

It is white, but I do think it isn't a super bright white. The bigger problem that I had with this dress is that I could not get the wrinkles out of it.

Q: How sheer is the white version of this dress?

I don't think it is all that sheer, it is something you will need to iron however as I struggled immensely with this dress.
