Even the small is HUGE! This is so uncomfortable to put into the nose - I sneezed tons of times and then got a bloody nose with the small size, all within 10 minutes.Even when inserted all the way (had to literally push and hold it in because it was so humorously big), it didn't hold open my nostrils at all and just blocked most of my nasal airway, making it super difficult to breathe through my nose. Blocking the nasal passage entirely kind of defeats the purpose of nasal dialation... The plastic does not feel medical grade and it sharp on the edges, which cut the inside of my nose.Customer service phone number just rings, nobody even answers. There is no alternative to the phone number. I honestly wonder if this is even a real company.Honestly, overall these are a ridiculous scam and are super expensive compared to their competitors. With the price, I was hoping for a superior product and figured I could return if it didn't work since I was purchasing from amazing, but SURPRISE they are not returnable... I rarely ever review here even though I purchase from Amazon literally every single day, but this was such a horrible product and even worse customer service that I felt the need to warn others!

So I have a horrible large deviated septum, it gets significantly worse and harder to breath when I lay down. I wore the classic air flow last night for the first time and was able to breath SO MUCH better through my nose and slept better than I have in a LONG time! I’ve tried breath right strips and they didn’t do anything besides irritating my skin. This opened up my nostrils and I even forgot for a second that ut was in there when I woke up, they’re so comfortable! I only realized cuz I could breathe lol. Highly recommend 10/10! Will be buying one more for back up JIC I lose it as it is small and I’m never sleeping without one again lol. The orange is too big for me, I’d say it’s more of a men’s size while the classic is better for women or smaller noses, but that’s just my opinion! Again, if you have a deviated septum, buy one of these right now. You won’t be disappointed!

These just did not do the job. They are not pressing outward on the nostrils to open space up. The don't create any room, just prevent your nostrils from collapsing on the inhale. Perhaps some find it helpful but I need to to create some more space while doing that as well. And because these are in you nose, the silicone takes up space in your nose negating any nostril dilation. The space it may create is negated by the actual expander in the nose.

They fit in my nose, and I found that I could breathe the same after I put them in as before, but I was less comfortable. I tried to use them for a few days-- it could be user error after all. The only difference I noticed was that sometimes I'd wake up because there was plastic up my nose. $16 experiment failed. I was hoping that this would take the place of having to buy breathe right strips, no such luck.

Wish they would come in 2 of the same size instead of one of each. Seems like a waste to me. But the product works. Only thing you need to watch out for is if you are sensitive to the material it’s made with.

I really needed this to work. After cancer surgery on my nose, one side is almost closed. This product should hold it open, but the small and medium just fall out of my nose. They are really small. If a large and xlarge were available, maybe it would work. They are also smooth and noting grips the inner nose to hold them in.

Did what I wanted: opened my upper airway. If your snoring is sinus related these will help. They need to be pushed to the top of the septum and, once they've warmed up, you cease to feel them. Combined with an orthodontic device to keep the jaw forward, this is as good as CPAP if not better.
