dang strong on the caffeine
300mg of Caffeine anhydrous is really effective; maybe a little too effective. I'm currently using it to move cargo for during a move of homes and I can lift better and I don't burn out easily at all. Though at nights I'm finding difficulty to get sleep. Rest yes, bye bye Zzs.

Current favorite
This brand was my first pre and I’ve been lifting for over 2 years and after this came out I came back and it’s my new favorite. Perfect intensity. Perfect for pump. Great for mindset. LOTS of motivation. Mid flavor.

Powerful preworkout, but pricey.
This preworkout is potent, it has an effective energy blend with efficaciously dosed caffeine and has a decent focus formula, incorporating choline and mucuna pruriens. I would use this in conjunction with a caffeine supplement so as to not take this every day, as I found myself only needing it on some workouts, even as someone with a relatively high caffeine tolerance. The ingredient profile is typical, consisting of vitamins and the like, although the most important is the caffeine content. I used this supplement about 70% of the time with only 1 scoop instead of the 2 scoop serving, and at about 150mg a scoop this should be enough for someone with a lower tolerance (I used it in combination with a caffeine tablet intraworkout as well as drinking coffee throughout the day), although the other ingredients will not present as much of a benefit at this dose. Specifically, I found the beta alanine to require a 2 scoop dose to induce paresthesia, and you would need such a dose to build up the saturation dose for the cardio benefits of that compound regardless. The flavor is strong, especially if taken with the serving size of 2 scoops, which I rarely did. It blends into cold water fine, and tastes best this way. I found strawberry flavor pleasant, without the stinging bitterness of caffeine or other high stim supplements.Overall, this preworkout is efficacious enough to make for a good gym bag addition. I got a decent pump and felt energized, focused, and elevated throughout my workout. The only thing that takes away from this supplement is the price, at 49 dollars for 42 scoops. If a 2 scoop dose is considered a serving, this is about 2.30 a serving, even bringing it up to the cost of some preworkout energy drinks, which are known for being pretty pricey. Weigh the benefits you would get over a simple caffeine supplement or cup of coffee for the cost, but if you do want the extra pump and focus compounds it is worth the jump.

Very effective but not quite perfect
I've tried more pre-workout mixes, cans, drinks, gummies, etc, than I can count. This one is very effective. I immediately felt a rush of energy that lasted well beyond my workout. There were no jitters, no palpitations, and no crash. I had a good focus throughout the workout. I attribute most of the effects to the 300mgs of caffeine. I did not get the intense "pump" that was advertised. Pretty much the normal pump I always get pre-workout or not. The taste was pretty good. The flavor itself, Alien Pop, is good. It's like an orange creamsicle. There no artificial taste nor is there an aftertaste. My only issue is it tastes a bit salty. The value is where I take issue. I got the single sample pack but as a vine reviewer I got it for free. Had I paid the asking price for a single serving I would feel terrible about the value. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and assess value based on buying the 21 serving tub rather than the single serving. It's still pretty pricey. Between the value and the somewhat salty taste I'll deduct a star. It's a solid product. I'm not certain if the other flavors taste good, bad, salty, or not so there's that as well. So a good but not quite perfect product.

Good Energy, Decent Ingrediants
This pre-workout has a lot of caffeine so be wary if you have a low tolerance. Luckily, I don't and can take a full dose (2 scoops) but be wary as you may not get the full effect without a full dose.I like this pre-workout, it has decent energy and for the most part good ingredients. I'm not a big fan of Beta-Alanine as it usually doesn't have any effect for sets under 1 minute and takes a while for it to build in your system. I would have liked to have seen L-Citrulline Malate and some Zinc in here but not every blend is perfect. The flavor is good and kicks a punch for sure and gave the mental energy to hit some PRs in the gym. That being said it does keep me up because of the caffeine content but I expected that and might need to change my workouts to the morning to alleviate this.Otherwise it blends well and I recommend it if you don't care about all the macros being included and need a good boost of energy. This price is steep though and is part of the reason behind the 4 star review. I would like to see higher quality ingredients for that cost.

Good sustainable energy
I've used a lot of different pre-workouts and can definitely say that this one works. I use it before I do long runs (well, long for me) and I notice that I get tired less easily and I feel much better while running. I only do one scoop of the powder since I'm fairly small and can be sensitive to things like this on occasion The package does say to start with one scoop- and I will likely continue doing so. I also do my workouts later in the day... I was a little bit worried I'd be up all night after taking this at 5:00 p.m., but surprisingly wasn't. I should note that I do generally drink coffee in the afternoons and don't usually have issues (if you're someone who can't sleep if you have caffeine too late in the day, you may want to keep this as part of your morning routine). It didn't make me feel jittery at all.I don't love the mango flavor (though I do love mango flavor in general) and have had pre-workouts with flavor I enjoy much more. Its pretty sweet and I can't imagine putting 2 scoops in the same amount of water. Overall, I'm happy with this and will keep using it!
