I am sharing this review almost 8 months after my purchase. I felt like I must leave a review after the customer service experience I got from Balzano. The chopper I bought was suddenly not getting charged after 8 months. I just contacted them through WhatsApp and their response was timely and very supportive. They picked up the item from my address and replaced it with a higher model and delivered it back to my address. They were always replying to my message promptly. I didn't spend even one rupee in this entire process. The product quality is amazing without doubt I can say. I normally don't give review for products but their customer service made me do it.. Easy to use and easy to clean.

This tiny gadget has made my life much easier. Easy to use and clean, it will surely become your best friend in the kitchen** Update : Didn't even last for 2 months. I read many other reviews that state the same but still went ahead and bought it. But after around 45 to 50 days of usage it went dead. Thought of giving it a second chance so got another one. Let us see how long this one lasts.

I bought this chopper 1.5 years ago and am writing this review after long term usage. Initially it worked well and I was happy, then I started noticing that the blade would get stuck very often while chopping, even if I put less quantity of onions in it. Which meant that I had to constantly open it and readjust it and and chop in very small batches. This was highly inconvenient. Then barely within 1.5 years of usage it suddenly stopped working while chopping. The product keeps flashing a red light and just won’t work. I got in touch with their customer service and was told that since the company has a one year warranty policy hence I can’t get it replaced and they don’t have a system of repairing even with payment. Essentially this product is not worth buying for a price of 1000 RS. There are similar battery operated choppers available for 500 Rs in the market from reputed companies. One doesn’t mind spending money as long as the performance is durable. Sadly however this product fails the durability test and can’t justify why their product costs double the existing rate when it won’t perform that well.

My Mom lovea this product. Its quite handy and saves a lot of time. The chopping is also very good and fine. The battry also gives a decent backup. One thing to note is that this size is suitable for family of 2. If there are more people in your family get the bigger variant

Using for almost one year now. No problems as such faced. The power is v less at this price. Also the size is v v less. Hardly half onion can be chopped at once. No issue with the battery and motor though.

Good kitchen help...sharp blades...does efficient chopping.

Good product for thin chopping for a lone person travelling out.The product is not for grinding.Don't try out gingers. It will form granules.It's an okay product saving time to mash soft vegetables and spices.
