Vintage Refillable Journey Diary,Premium PU Leather Classic Embossed Travel Journal Notebook with Blank Pages and Retro Pendants (Gray)

Charming and useful alternative to more expensive genuine leather journals (this one is artificial leather as are the thong bindings). And there are times, depending, when you may not want to be using real leather. I like this journal because while "PU leather" it feels very good in the hand, good quality; like it will last a long time. Cool design without having a big company logo stamped on too. The artificial leather thong and charms are a great accent (and you could probably re-lace with linen cord or leather if needed). I like the protective flap on the right side that protects page edges - you could probably drop a cup of coffee on this and it would survive and protect your stuff, pretty much. Plus it's refillable and sturdy with pages and insets as described. The ring binder is firmly set with nice brass rivets, and the size tucks nicely into a purse or on an already crammed bookshelf. It doesn't look or feel "cheap" in hand.Liked it so much I ordered more (dark brown) and handed out as gifts. Can't imagine anyone not liking this - excellent little gift for yourself or anyone (also, especially if they like movies like Lord of the Rings, Pirates of the Carribbean, etc. it's got the travel/nature/ocean vibe). A very good buy IMO.

I bought this to have a good book to keep up with my breast cancer emotional changes. I think writing is the best way to conquer feelings. If you have a fear, the best to overcome the fear is knowledge. I did have to buy lines pages because it comes with blank paper. I have written so many things in this book and I hope it will help someone else someday. Keep positive!!

I'm using this as a travel book to send around to my internet friends. They have no idea yet, but I'm very excited about it. I love how flexible the cover is, so that if you have to fit things like postcards that are a bit larger into it, it folds around it no problem and still secures them in place. I can't wait to see what my friends write and add to the book as it travels around the world

I purchased the grey color and it is true to the description/image posted on the product page, I am very impressed with this binder. The only issue I have is the fact that it has a small indentation on the front lower left corner where one of the charms was resting on the cover when boxed up, this seems to be a common issue and should be addressed by the vendor based on the multiple reviews stating this issue. This was purchased as a travel journal for an upcoming international trip and I am very much looking forward to noting the things I see and do on the high quality craft paper that is included with the binder.

I purchased this as a gift and it is gorgeous! The color is deep and rich and very expensive looking. The leather is soft and supple and the embossed cover is a nice touch. The little tie keeps it closed when not in use and the charm is a great detail. The inside pages are nicely sized for lists or general notes and the rings allow for extra pages to be added as needed.Overall, this is a beautiful notebook and makes a lovely gift and I highly recommend it.

Purchased 4 in order to journal our upcoming road trip. The teens were especially thrilled with the look and feel of these books. They cannot wait to use them! I love the added zip pouch and “card holder” pages added. Extra bonus for us: the card holder perfectly fits a mini Polaroid picture in each slot which we plan to use as a holding zone for printed pics until they can be affixed in the correct pages and journaled.

This is a really cute little notebook, and the quality is good. The compass rose stamped on the front looks great, as do the brass charms. The leather cover has been a little stiff since it's new, but I think it will soften up and it's constructed so that it should lie flat once that happens. It's a great size, small enough to easily toss in a purse or backpack, but not so small it's a pain to write in. I got it because I wanted something easy to carry around that I could jot my to-do lists, thoughts, etc down on. It might be a little small if you want it for art or journaling. I'm very pleased with it.

This is a great journal. The leather is nice and thick, and the embossing is really nice. The tie on the outside and the bookmark look really good and have a nice weight to them. The ability to add more paper is great, even though that will not happen for a while, as there are enough pages to keep me going for a long time. I love this journal.
