Good for the right person, which was not me.
This is great in theory, but in practice its bloody annoying!!!! You have to keep swapping shoulders & to do that you have to keep adjusting the straps & you can never get the straps to the same length as you were comfortable on the last time! My child doesn't even like being in it so I have wasted my money.

It seems easy for other moms to use it
It seems easy for other moms to use it, but not for me. I find it too difficult to place a newborn or a slightly older baby in. Not easy at all. Probably it'll get better with time but I gave up.
