Great battery life - and batteries charge quickly. Love that you get two batteries, a screwdriver and tyre pump in the kit - handy to take out with you.Took the car to the beach and my son drove it around damp sand. It worked brilliantly! He also drove it into the sea (not sure salt water is good for such things!) and it worked well. Car really is waterproof/sand proof/mud proof - perfect for a child who wants to use it everywhere!Easy to drive using the traditional remote control, which is nice and small for child’s hands. My son just turned four and can use it easily. Hours of fun! It’s durable and I think excellent value for money. A great buy.

Car is great, for the price it has lasted well. It says waterproof and it is but after a few baths and a couple of goes in the sea one of the motors gave up. But we liked it so much we bought another one, maybe just need to be a bit less adventurous with the water..

Sturdy, fast and always falls back on its wheels! Remote easy enough to operate for a 4 year old.

This car is my grandsons (3 years) favourite toy. The car is durable however the remote controller stopped working after 3 weeks. Seller communication was great and the whole set was replaced without me having to return it .

Rubbish product.

If buying as a gift - open the box before hand. Charge up the batteries - way to do via USP and pump up the tyres - the little pump has the attachment hidden at the top of the pump handle. The thin metal end has to be really pushed hard into the tyre. A YouTube vid helped!The battery compartment has two quite fiddly screws to undo and do up every time you change the battery over.I’m really glad we sorted all this out before giving it to our grandson! It is great fun to play with and easy to control.

We got this for our 3 year olds birthday and it’s great. Super durable. He liked it so much we bought another one for our 4 year old. Definitely worth paying a bit more to get something that lasts and it comes with 2 rechargeable batteries so when one runs out you can replace it straight away.

The media could not be loaded.  We've now had 4 of these cars, and returned 3.... we wanted 2. The quality is really variable.The first had really poor battery life despite charging as per instructions - about 10 mins per charge. Returned it.The second one (red/white) is great - fast, fun, takes a lot of impactsThe third one (green/ yellow, ordered for our other child) was not as fast and the 360 spin was way slower - see video. Returned it.The fourth one (green/yellow) was the same as the third. Returned it.So we're now awaiting a 5th car - green and yellow. We'll give up if it's the same again.So I guess I'm saying, it's a gamble.... especially if you're buying 2EDIT: since I've written this review we've had the 5th car and then a 6th (red/ white) - all with the same issue as the 3rd and 4th cars.Maybe we were just really lucky with the second car??I should say, top marks to Maxtronic customer support, they've been really helpful, I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again knowing they're a fair company to deal with.
