squeaky clean engine must use before every oil change
this thing is a miracle worker. you have to put it in with the old engine oil and run the car as normal for 300 miles. this thing will clear any sludge or sticky oil inside the engine. then use the normal flush 1L from liquid moly. the one with black cap. the 1L flush is to be used just before you drain the oil. the 1L flush needs to go in to the engine and let the engine idle for 15 minutes. this old sludge 5200 is sort of detergent / dental floss that works in working engine and the 1L LM engine flush is like listerine that you use after brushing. . this combo will leave your engine squeaky clean and the new oil will remain transparent for nearly the next oil change. it can be used in relatively new engines . machenics will tell tall tales of not being good for engine. same as doctors will tell tall tales of caffeine killing you . trust me this is the good stuff and it will prolong the life of your car and it will drive smoother and cleaner. just dont use this 5200 thing above 500 miles and dont rev the car at extreme rpm . drive as an old man and dont forget to use the regular engine flush right before draining the oil for that added listrine effect.

Excellent product.
If your car is well maintained and serviced at regular intervals with correct specification oils then most likely you'll be not able to notice any difference. But if you own an neglected and/or abused car then there's a high chance to experience how LM 5200 works. My Corsa turned out to be the best example of negligence and abuse by previous owner. Noisy, smokey and sluggish engine suggested replacing or at least major repair, but I decided to try "revive" it cheaply. The first dosage made a small but noticeable difference to the engine behaviour and fuel consumption. So I flushed the engine and gave a new oil and another can of LM 5200. But instead of do around 120 miles I decided to leave it for longer. Especially that I was aware that mostly I am driving "within around the chimney" only and the engine has not much time to reach the full operational temperature. So I drove with it for over some 500 miles and that was the key. Compression is back to normal and there is no need to replace valve rockers nor lifters, and no need to replace bearings. Unfortunately timing chain must be replaced but not urgently. Power level and fuel consumption is satifactional - change from average 340 miles per tank to 410 miles per tank. Conclusion is that less than 25 quid spent for this treatment has saved me around a 1k for engine replacement. Am I happy? Who wouldn't be?UPDATE:1.2 CORSA have now a new owner ;)I have bought myself another one Corsa but newer and with 1.4 16v ecotec engine. In this case it was clear immediately that highly neglected engine will need few repairs or even replacement. Especially that the black sirup pouring from the engine and smelling like a mine of sulfur, was not leaving much hopes. So the use of LM 5200 was mostly to establish whether the engine is worth repairing or not. As previously, compression and oil pressure has been fully restored after 2 oil changes with addition of LM 5200 and some 600 miles but entire timing system must be replaced as engine makes noise like a diesel. So, this time no spectacular achievement was made but I have found LM 5200 still helpful and I highly recommend it, especially for Vauxhall's engines which are known from frying oil and making dangerous sludge. BTW 1.4 ecotec is less than impressive on petrol. 320 miles is all you'll get in town, even if driving like a nun. Corsa D is simply too heavy for the 1.4 naturally aspirated 90hp engine...Or maybe it's just my right foot... XD

Best carbon cleaning agent
Been using carbon flushes for a while now. This one is the best yet. Ran it about 130 miles. Oil came out blacker than Darth Vader's soul. Car was pretty good to begin with. Felt much nicer afterwards. I did use another oil to rinse out the old oil as well. Very big improvement. More noticeable than ur average engine clean
