I do leafleting, so do a lot of hard walking every week. I had a pair of walking shoes, the soles of which came off and flapped around, but the shoe-menders refused to fix them because they said they were supposed to be single-units. Initially, I managed to get the store to offer me another pair, but after a few months of hard-walking, they too separated sole from shoe.I didn't want to get new ones and they were past the guarantee/swap time, so I went looking for good glue and found this one. It has worked brilliantly. The first fix (on both pairs) worked a dream. They stuck together for absolutely ages, but eventually the toes of the soles came away again. Unfortunately, because of the actual shoe itself, that it wasn't a separately stuck on sole originally, the base of the main shoe was not designed for re-soleing. However, I just use this glue whenever they come apart, and I get to keep my really super-comfortable shoes, with just a minor inconvenience of glueing them whenever they separate.Now, just to be clear, the glue itself works really well. It's flexible and strong and tough. I am buying it again, because it works so well (about to buy for the third time). I mistreat my walking shoes a lot, so the fact they hold together, when the shoes themselves are so badly designed, and only need re-doing every couple of months is a very good sign the glue is doing its job.

Ok followed the instructions and all has gone well sticking part of the soles down. Time will tell if the fix has held when they get used . Seem to have stuck fine and left 48 hrs with the bands on .Plenty of glue in the 60g tube .

worked out very good on my old cheapy trainers that i was very attatched to.. followed the instructions and stuffed them with newspaper ... put the bands on and tossed them into the corner for a good 24 hours.. chedk them them on and away you go.. still wearing them now.. hope to get another 20 years out of them.. ;-) seriously worked very well indeed

I took my Dr Martin’s in to a shoe repair shop even he said that it could be a challenge, waited 72 hours for the glue to dry but with in hour my sole was flopping off.So I tried this glue and it has worked wonders- my sole of the shoe isn’t budging so happy as they are still newish

Tried seveal times to glue sneakers. Always came undone.

I needed to repair my hiking boots sole. I strictly followed the instruction how to apply the glue and let it dry for two days. After a short walk the glued sole got completely separated.

A preoccuparmi era il fattore impermeabilità, invece sono rimasta estremamente soddisfatta: acqua e neve non sono state un problema.La colla è trasparente, quindi fornisce un’ottima resa anche estetica, oltre che funzionale.Il tubetto presenta un dosatore estremamente sottile, che aiuta nella stesura e un tappo a spillo per evitare che il beccuccio si incrosti. Nella confezione sono presenti: 4 elastici robusti e una lima per preparare/rifinire la scarpa.
