Dr Browns Bottle and Teat Brush and Travel Caps (Pack of 2)

Not sustainable
Disappointed. Used for 6 weeks daily with newborn. Blue sponge fell apart (very concerned with this from an environmental perspective as bits go down the drain). Dr browns, you need to re think the design. There should be replacement brush heads so customers can reuse the plastic handle like another elading brand does (to reduce the amount of plastic used to be.more environmentally friendly). Also, the design should use either no sponge or a different material becaause it disintegrated after a few weeks. This is unacceptable environmentally and is not even close to a 'zero waste' mindset because i have thrown this away and it cannot be recycled and bought a FAR superior product from another leading company whose design is more durable and therefore less wasteful because it will last me much longer.

Sponge manages to clean rims and bottom of bottles really well
Honestly this is the only brush you'll need for cleaning baby bottles. I have been cleaning bottles for my baby for 7 months now and I have tried many many different brushes (including ones from Amazon, or other high street shops) and it's never been able to clean as well. The sponge at the bottom of this brush cleans every last residue of milk/formula from the corner of the bottles (especially Tommie tippee with the wide base). The suction stand actually works and stays stable. The end of the brush comes with teat cleaner and it fits the teats snugly so you get a good clean finish. Absolutely love this brush

Good brush, lasts 3 months max.
I really like this bottle brush as it comes with the suction holder which helps to stand and dry out after each use and you can clean inside the bottle teats with it too but, if you are bottle feeding your little one and clean 5-6 bottles every day, you do need to replace this brush every 10-12 weeks I would say, as the bristles start to shrink and become less effective. That being said, it could be because I use very hot water to wash up with. I have bought another one and will replace it like-for-like again in the future.

Universal bottle brush. Worth every penny.
Ease of use:Previous to using this brush I had used normal brush cleaners in an effort to get bottles clean. I found the very bottom of the bottle was left and it would take some time to get all the residue out using formula milk. As any parent knows it's difficult sometimes to get cleaning with a crying or hungry baby. This brush is certainly easy to use; good grip handle, light, and easy on the hands. The sponge at the bottom gives a quick thorough clean and the soft bristles on the brush mean they don't necessarily scratch the bottles but will remove stubborn milk. As I use breast milk and comfort milk (which is incredibly greasy in texture afterwards) I found this brush cleans all the remnants and I don't have to wash my equipment twice.Affordability:I first heard of the Dr Brown's range has been described as an affordable range for babies with colic. The brush is certainly affordable and top quality that's made to last. Certainly a good product that will endure a lot of cleaning.Compatibilty:I don't own any other Dr Brown's products but I found the brush fit nicely with my medela and Saintsbury's bottles. The soft silicone end also fit nicely into the medela calma teats.Pros:Excellent compatibility with other ranges.Light and easy to use.Silicone texture means less damage to bottles.Sponge at the bottom means a spotless clean. The brush comes with a stand- easy to clean and dry.Size is good for both smaller and bigger bottles alike.Cons:Costs slightly more than normal bottle cleaners BUT worth every penny in my opinion as the products retain less damage and will last longer.

Great bottle brush
Great bottle brush, makes cleaning bottles and baby products so much easier.Wanted a separate brush to clean the babies stuff to keep it clean and sterile and not get cross contaminated and this was perfect. Fits in all the bottle brands I’ve tried. The brush is great, the bristles in the body and the sponge in the end mean you can get everything clean, in all the nooks and crannies and the other end there is a little cleaner to clean bottle tears which is really handy.Really easy to use and the little suction stand so can suction it to the side and stand it up where it is easy to reach is really useful!Overall would recommend!

Makes bottle cleaning easy, but am unsure about the hygiene of the sponge.
The sponge on the bottle cleaner is not something I had found in another product so thought I'd give it a try. It makes cleaning bottles and bottle lids easy and effective.Unlike other brushes which has bristles I do wonder about the safety of the sponge. The material is wet for a long period of time and I'm not sure whether this would risk bacteria growth. I did try and use a steriliser tablet but it turned the sponge a funny colour.I also find the suction cup quite poor on my tile which results in the brush falling over most of the time.

Doesn't clean the entire Dr Brown's bottle
I bought this due to our other brush becoming too soft from overuse. Seeing as we use Dr Brown's bottles for feeding our daughter with, we would have assumed that the Dr Brown bottle brush would at least be able to clean the entire bottle. It does very well for the bottle itself and the teat - however, the little green funnel part can't be cleaned with the brush. This means that we had to buy a separate small bottle cleaner for this part, which is less than ideal.

Good, but could be slightly better
This is my second purchase. I lovevthe suction cup holder. So much easier just switching the brush round to the teat cleaner, rather than having to dismantle like other brands. Only downside is, I'm still finding it hard to scrub out the milk line on the bottle. The bristles could do with being harder so I dont have to work so hard at removing those milk lines. Other than that, it's a good little bottle brush.
