Although it's a little tricky to get adjusted, once you figure out the system, this is a great protective addition to my pickleball play. After a nasty fall two months ago (lesson learned: best to avoid any lob that is out of reach instead of jumping up for it!), I took a sister's advice on this support wrap. It is just awesome!I highly recommend this product!

Dealing with sciatica for the first time and am looking for things that will help. This support is a bit tricky to use on my right side but I managed to figure out a way. Velcro closure works but only on one side of the fabric. Thus if you need to use it on the right leg you will either have to "inside out it" or "attach and rotate it to your back". As for how effective it will be for my needs, time will tell and I will attempt to relay more on that after I find out for myself.

I’ve worn this several times and just not sure that it’s helping at all. To be fair I have good days and bad days with sciatic pain in my right hip from driving and do like the compression feeling from the brace but after awhile I still got pain. It also feels somewhat bulky under your clothing and a bit embarrassing to hear velcro opening in a public restroom and no real way to keep it from flopping on the dirty floor unless you take it all the way on and off. Overall just another something that’s going to end up in the back of my closet.

I tried the hip belt for one week for my sciatica /hip pain.The fabric is nice and cooling.The support on the hip was felt more from a sitting position rather than standing. When I would get up from a chair, there was less pain and strain.The waistband did not fit well nor feel comfortable after wearing all day. It would curl over. I moved it in several different positions and it didn’t help.Overall I may use it if I’m going to be seated for an extended period of time. Other than that, a waste of my money!!
