Not worth the price, had better (edited) much better
Considering how expensive it I was expecting some premium tasting biltong. However i’ve had way better biltong at a much cheaper price. Maybe they lost the wagyu taste due to it being too dry? Whatever the reason it just cost way to much for what was actually just a few bites(Update) ordered a second batch cause my friend wanted to try it & this time the biltong was tender, juicy, fatty & full of flavour. Definitely much better than the last dry batch i had previously

Needs more drying.
Strongly flavoured beef, though it's not marbled with fat like in the pictures, and it's far too wet - more like chewy, raw beef than biltong.

Expensive, but you get what you pay for.
Expensive, but well worth indulging in if you can justify the price. A repeat order for me whenever I get the craving for it, usually around pay day!Always succulent and, as expected of Wagyu beef, fatty. It's that fat which gives it an incredible flavour and melting texture that puts it above other biltong for me and why I keep coming back to it.
