I like the Mala beads and the Buddhist tradition
This is the review that should guide you as just bought this. I like the Mala beads and the Buddhist tradition. The beads are what t hey are supposed to be, and 108 beads. They come in 108, or 116 length (but not this version). For me, 108 beads in probably 20-30 too short, but can get over head as do not have any 'join' device. The small yellow (or sometimes red) tail on the end of beads is flimsy and tiny, and looks cheap. It arrived looking all squashed too. The other issue is the beads are a bit tight to flex - and so do not bend in an easy flowing way. So, to summarise, you just get what you pay for, the quality is very basic. It's not feminine of masculine so no issue there. The box looked a bit worn as others have said, or a bit squashed too. Probably whoever made these got paid a few cents for doing so, and maybe that shows. If you want a nice set of Mala beads that feel and look good, do not buy these. if you think very basic ok and you want cheap (think these are worth maybe £3 at most) then these are ok.

A beloved gift
My boss originally go this beads in Tibet years and years ago, but lost them last year when abroad and in the sea.he was heartbroken.I managed to get these beads for him and he swears they are the same beads, the same colour and everything. He is happily wearing them about the place now, content that he has some Buddhist beads back. They are very good quality, and according to him, the same style, colour, and quality you would get in Tibet. The only difference is, these ones haven't been blessed

Broke after counting 3 times
They broke after counting 3 times. The tassel fell off after 2nd count, then the bead string fell apart too. So, not very good quality.
