It's okay but includes a lot of "fluff"
The exercise are okay but it seems like it was thrown together in short order and includes redundant information just to bulk up the page count. It's cheap but you'd be better off spending $9 on a You Are Your Own Gym... which is vastly superior in content, quantity and production quality.

Good Book --- For What is There
Must not have read description fully. Was expecting a much more extensive book with a more extensive number of exercises (this was only 96 pages). On positive side, sewveral exercises are indeed advanced and should be approached with caution by beginning and intermediate fitness trainees. Overall, would deefinitely recommend... along with some other basic / intermediate bodyweight training books to "fill out" the range.

Very informative for people looking to get a good workout with just your own bodyweight!

Great Resource For A Tougher Workout
Long story short, I wanted a book that would teach me some harder bodyweight exercises, and this book did it. I now have a few more tricks up my sleeve when I want to do a hard workout without any equipment. I would recommend this book for anybody who's in the same boat

Very good
Very good, good exercise information, reasonable and can be done almost everywhere. Good photos and descriptions of each exercise, I enjoyed this book.

Just a compilation of previous books from the same author.
I was little disappointed with this book; I expected more; it is just a compilation of all previous books together. Pretty much waste of money.

I would have been better off doing a couple Google searches rather than spending money on this book, since they both would get me the same information.

Great Read for Bodyweight Training
This book provides some good, challenging bodyweight exercises that target your whole body. I like bodyweight exercises because they're more convenient and feel healthier to me, and the ones in the book leave me sore in my chest, arms, back, abs, hamstrings, everywhere. I recommend it.

A different twist to bodyweight resistance training
I like this book, primarily because the author: (a) knows what he's talking about and (b) he provides some cool exercises with advice on how to use them effectively.I have been studying bodyweight training for sometime and I found some cool and interesting techniques in this book.As the title implies, it is not for beginners but for someone who would like to really push their current strength level beyond basic bodyweight movements (which you should have mastered prior to doing the exercises in this book).All in all, a great compendium of exercises from someone who has evidently been there. There are several books on the Kindle marketplace on the subject of bodyweight training and it is refreshing to find a diamond in amongst a lot of the rubbish out there.

Its got some good stuff in here, but its not a patch on Mark Lauren's You Are Your Own Gym. If you are short oin time to read, and want to get straight to training, it will get you started though.

Das Buch...
...ist totaler Schrott. Die Übungen nur schlecht dargestellt und die Fotos uralt. Der Autor hat noch weiter Bücher dieser Art geschrieben, die ich leider auch gekauft habe...teilweise die gleichen Fotos verwendet...billiger Mist....Hände weg....da findet man im Internet kostenfrei bessere Anleitungen und Übungen.

I am glad I bought this but I thought be more detials in it about lifting wieghts in it but it is ok
