1200 Thread Count Egyptian Quality 3pc Duvet Cover Set, Solid, Full/Queen, Bronze

For the price, I'd imagine this duvet cover is pretty hard to beat! The cover is very soft, but I believe that the feel of it is closer to a jersey knit style, not silky. I've washed it a few times successfully as well, no problems. In the past I have had issues with the cover's buttons not staying closed, but haven't had any issues with this one so far. Also, its pretty light, nothing too thick. The only downside I can really find is that the cover is less saturated than what is pictured. This could only be the case for the black one I purchased, but its definitely a little more dull in person (nothing too significant though). Just to clarify, it does NOT have a 1,200 thread count as others have addressed; the title says 1200 Thread Count "Quality". Saying it is comparable is definitely a stretch, but at $40 I'm not complaining. If you're looking for royalty than you're obviously not going to find it in this price range. However, if you're looking for a cover that doesn't break the bank and can pass an "objective soft test" then I would definitely recommend this duvet cover.

After about two months of constant use, I recommend this set. In my case, I bought it because I needed one, and I could not decide between the ones I really wanted, so settled on this, and am happy I did. It looks great -- the fabric has a nice sheen, it is well enough made, the color is perfect, and the price is great. I like the light weight over my very thick down comforter, and I think it will wear well and last a few years, making it definitely worth the money. I am giving it 4 stars because the description says "1200 Thread Count Egymptian QUALITY". That is a little misleading, as it is actually a synthetic "microfiber". This is not really a problem unless you prefer a natural fiber. I have 2 large constantly shedding fine-haired dogs that like to sneak onto the bed whenever they can (they seem to love this duvet and comforter), and I find that pet hair tends to cling to it, but that happens with some cottons too, so this may not be a problem for most people.

Bought another set from this same company and we loved it- very soft material. Have washed it several times, no piling, no fading, etc. Only complaint is that the material is thin and there are no ties inside the cover too good the duvet in place. On the previous one we bought I sewed in ties, but decided to try this one without. The duvet seems to hold in place pray well, but you can see it spilling out the bottom just a bit. Doesn't bother me at all and there's an easy fix (of adding ties).

I've had this cover for 6 months and it is still serving its purpose. After figuring out how to button the buttons on the inside, the buttons do not cause any problems as some have said. The cover is very comfortable, but it seems as though it is too big and at times the blanket gets bunched in it. There are ties in the cover, but they don't stay tied all that well. Overall, I would buy it again.

I've had this for two and a half years now, and I still use it. It's soft, fits well on my duvet, and matches pretty much every color. It's easy to wash and dry, and doesn't attract much lint. Only downside is I wish the closure was a zipper, not buttons. The pillow cases are nice and fit well on my pillows too. I'm only replacing it now because I want a different color scheme in my bedroom.

Duvet covers are not cheap and this one fit the bill for the price. It is super super soft and luxurious. The only thing is that I was looking for a summer duvet cover that was light and airy. This is warm and could be a blanket on it's own! I really like it, but will put it away until winter time comes again. You won't find a better duvet for the money.

The cover was a little thinner then I would like, but it was soft and well made. I used it to cover a second comforter for my guest bed. I bought it in an Ivory color so, if you are using this as a main cover, just be aware you can see dark colors or patterns through it.

I like the feel of the cover-- it is softer than I expected-- and the color was pretty close to the picture. The ties on the inside that hook to the actual duvet to keep it straight pulled off at the slightest tug, so be really gentle with them.
