I have struggled to find a suitable replacement for my REI pill organizer for a couple of years now. The pharmacy strip ones aren’t waterproof and too flimsy for travel and several clamshell cases were too small or not organized for a week+1 that I prefer. These containers from MEACOLIA have large enough compartments to hold at least 10 medium sized supplements easily. Lids can be removed and replaced simply to allow quick loading. Compact overall size is great for traveling and the silicone gasket makes it waterproof and great for humid climates, like the tropics or on cruises.

I loved that these cases had secure latches on the outside. I take a lot of meds, and these are great to keep a few single doses in my purse.However, I am still debating returning them. The inside clasps for the small 6 wells seem to be reliable and well made, although tight. The clasps on the top two large wells, on the other hand, are VERY loosely connected to the body of the case. They don't seem very reliable. On one of the cases this clasp doesn't connect all the way at all. I'd be very afraid that if I put a bunch of pills in those 2 top large wells that as soon as I took the case out of my purse, and opened the case, they'd all spill out wherever I'd happen to be at the time.Overall... I never ever buy things here on Amazon that do not have tons of reviews with a certain percentage of 5stars!!! I broke my own rules and took a chance because these cases seemed perfect for what I needed and I loved the look and size!I would try to exchange them to get one that the clasp works properly(on the one that doesn't), but I'm tired of toting my pills in plastic bags or actual pill containers that scream "I'm taking meds right now!!". Because these do not- they are beautiful inconspicuous little things.Other than the upper clasp issue, the container seems to be really well made, outer clasp and all other inner ones well made, I guess the silicone ring is for a moisture barrier?, they are priced well, and they are pretty... What's not to love?!I guess after trying these for a little while I can update this review, if I remember!

These say "travel" but I just use them for everyday medication tracking. I used my cricut and made some decals for morning and evening, and I used some letter stickers I have to label each compartment. The lids are tight when you first open them but are simple after that - but they still seem pretty secure too. Happy I made this purchase.

I have 2 kids in maritime college who frequently travel for months at a time, often out of the country. I got these to pack the "essentials" anti diarrhea meds, pain and fever med, allergy meds, etc. They are roomy enough for antacid tabs, and hold lots. I do wish there was a place to write the med but a permanent marker will fix that.

The listing says that the clamshell is made of cereal fiber but when asked if there’s any plastic, too, the company said, pp materials. So, if you’re looking for a non-plastic option, this isn’t it. And, the plastic, removable inserts that separate the pills are difficult/frustrating to use. I’m giving it 2 stars b/c if you don’t mind plastic, it holds a good amount of pills for its size. However, I believe in advertising transparency and I feel misled.
