Not for a shower
It was easy to install. It warms the water, but not hot. Not ideal for a shower, I just takes off the coolness of my shower water and I am in florida

The Design isn't well thought out
Ordered this to replace a 15 year old unit. Upon receiving the unit it looked as though it had been unboxed before. However, all necessary parts were there. The first thing, it must have the electrical ran through the face. In order to do this you must leave extra slack. Here in lies the issue, they leave you no room for extra storage of wire inside the unit. Once the unit was initially installed, it only got warm at full power. It never did get hot. Even with 1 shower/faucet running. It did work fine except for that and it could've been my fault for under sizing the unit I bought. Returned the unit for a Rheem 27KW and it has been wonderful. This seemed to be more like a point of source heater rather than Whole home heater. This may be ok for a tiny home or 1 br apt but think twice before purchasing for a home with multiple taps.

Nice water heater if you live in a warmer climate.
I am not sure why, but the listing description is not quite right. The text that describes the unit as 27 Kilowatts is right, but the selection box to add it to your shopping cart is labeled as 3 Kilowatts. The product I received is definitely the 27 Kilowatt model which is confusing in my opinion! But, I digress lol!First of all, let me say this is very difficult to install yourself unless you are an electrician or have extensive electrical experience. Fortunately, I have a family member who was capable, and he helped me install this product. None of my wiring or breakers in the panel would work with this, so it cost hundreds of dollars in expense to just purchase the necessary materials. There were also many hours running the wiring, changing the breakers in the panel, and changing the plumbing. However, this unit does a great job to heat the water for 2 bathrooms, 1 laundry tub, and 1 kitchen sink. I live in the south U.S. where the in-ground water temperature is already very warm, so this worked well in my case. If you live anywhere else, I would suggest really figuring out if this will work for the ground water temperature in your area.To sum up, this unit was very difficult to install, but the effort was worth it for my particular application. The product itself works well and seems to be very good quality, so I am still giving it the top rating for now!

Mostly good. A few cons though.
Overall, I’m pretty happy with this tankless water heater. It’s only my wife and I so we don’t use a ton of hot water at any given point. It seemed silly to use the 80g water heater that came with the house - always keeping that much water hot. Installing it was pretty straight forward if you’ve ever installed any other similar appliances, but this thing eats up a lot of breaker box real estate. It uses a triple pole 40a breaker (3x40a). I also had to run some 8/2 lines over, but that wasn’t too much of an issue as it wasn’t a very far length in my basement. I thought about installing right off of our master bathroom so that the hot water would be delivered almost instantly, but it would have cost a ton in wiring and pex piping. That said, you still need to wait a few minutes for the hot water to come out of the faucet - ya can’t overcome physics, I suppose. But yeah, this is sharp looking, small, and efficient. Looking forward to see if there’s a noticeable difference on our electric bill.

Warning! This is not a plug and play device.
It does not come with a cord. They expect you to wire it to your house not plug it in. It is 120v but it draws 29amps.

Great option for a remote bathroom
I had ordered this for my outdoor kitchen. The sink that I have in my outdoor kitchen has a little bar style sink, but did not have any hot water, just cold water. I was able to easily place this underneath the counter and plumb it up right to the sink. The fact that it’s electric made it easy to install and easy to locate it under a counter. If it was a gas hot water heater, you would need to pipe out a vent. This is so much safer and easier. This unit is also very compact and takes almost no space, as it’s about 12 inches by 12 inches and about 4 inches thick. For the price, this is also a great value and it absolutely helps to solve some problems in how to get hot water to certain sinks or locations. I hope that this helps.

Professional install is best but works well!
We are using this in a duplex that we own and visit throughout the summer where because it's an old building the hot water (along with pressure) can be janky. This affordable upgrade to our own personal space has made all the difference in comfort and enjoyability of something as important as a nice, hot shower especially after a long day at the beach! An actual electriction did the manual labor but I can attest to the results and we are very happy with it.
