Irish Flour
I brought back wheatmeal flour from Ireland along with Pinhead oatmeal and have been experimenting with various Irish flours using the brown bread recipe on the back of the Pinhead oatmeal bag . This one is an excellent seeded wheatmeal ( whole wheat ) flour. The seeds added a different texture to the bread .
