So worth it!!
Ever since returning from Ireland, I have been trying to replicate my cousin, Bridget's fabulous Brown Soda Bread. Prior to my visit, mine has always been a bit dry and simply adding more liquid just never quite did the trick as far as crumb and flavor went, I would just wind up with a heavier loaf.I decided that it had to be a difference in flour, despite my having ground my own. Hence, finding my way here, and I am So glad I did. The loaf I baked today was superb! It rivals my cousin's and immediately made me homesick for her kitchen and family.This flour is well worth the price, and the wait for it to arrive from Ireland. I will be a regular customer. Highly recommend!

Made wonderful Irish brown bread first time using it. It took a while to get here from Ireland but it was definitely worth the wait!
