Zero Complaints
If you're anything like me - you own a wide variety of brooms, mops, scrubbing tools. Product is perfect to store multi supplies of different sizes. Installation only took a couple of minutes and BOOM instant organization! I love that its adjustable and has hooks to hang rags and dustpan's off of.

Rollers get "caught/stuck" easily
Great product, but unless you are slowly re-hanging items, the rollers that catch the brooms/etc will get caught or break and then that spot is dead. Staff is generally not gentle when closing/tidying, thus they have already broken the ones we ordered. I do recommend the product for home use or if you have caring staff that will respect the product.

Household Use
For the price this is an excellent household broom holder. Since its plastic I would not use it in a utility shed for tools but as a house item it is nice and works as advertized. It holds the items security and releases them without easily. Would recommend.
