These are more user friendly and better quality compared to other scleral lens insertion / removal tools

I use these to insert and remove my scleral lenses. I have very shaky hands and not a lot of dexterity, so the USUAL applicators are a bit difficult for me to hold. They are also very small and easy to misplace. THESE, being so much beefier, are a pleasure to use, and if I drop them, I can easily see them, even without my lenses. I also greatly appreciate that it's one tool for both removal and insertion, unlike the traditional 2-bits rigmarole. My only disappointment is in the price. It's too much for a set of 3! Otherwise, I would be buying them by the dozen and gifting them to all my keratoconus friends.

I loved the combined tool idea. Both a several lens insertion and removal tool. I will put one in my suitcase, purse, and car as a backup. But I knocked off a star because it is even more awkward to hold. Very little room is left on the stem. I actually would like to see these tools with much longer stems.

After using two separate implements to insert and remove Scalera lenses, I decided to look for something more efficient - and then I found this tool. It works so well and I am able to get the lenses in on the first go and out with minimal effort. I have since given one to my contact provider and he now recommend them.

It took a couple of times for me to get used to this inserter and remover is one piece. The normal remover is pretty small and easy to misplace, not a problem now. Both sides work just fine.

They are very durable too.

This didn't work for me. The side that is to insert the contact wouldn't release the contact. I would touch it to my eye even tey moving it around and it would just stay sticking to the tool. The removal thing about suctioned my whole eye out and would not just grip the contact.
