Newport Polarized Skipper BiFocal

I received the wrong color but decided to keep it. They are excellent fishing glasses and allow you to see in the water. I do a lot of river fishing and needed a set of polarized lenses. They feel good; it takes some time to get use to the bifocal. This is my first pair of bifocal, so that was expected. Great when you have to tie a fishing knot. It sucks getting older, but these helped, and I would recommend them.

So I started noticing a weird smell in my car recently when the weather warmed up. It was an unpleasant plastic smell. I soon realised it was these sunglasses off gassing in my car interior. Whatever cheap plastic they are using starts to smell when the glasses sit in a warm car. I have never ever had this issue with other brands just these. The only other times I have experienced off gassing as its called is with plastic items from the last century which do that due to age!

Great sunglasses, and they fit perfectly. I have a large head and I was afraid that they would not fit

As far as vision goes these glasses were fine. However after a few uses in the sun and being in car on hot day, they developed a strong chemical smell which has made them pretty much unusable.

Would get them again if I need to well made, bifocal placement is great and very clear in sun light, very helpful have eyesight problems sun light hurts a little. frames are tough as nails I can't get this at Walmart
