I have to say this is a really good purchase. I’ve been using this tablet for two ...
(Please forgive my English, it’s my second language.)I’m an art student. In school I’m using cintiq, and I have this tablet at home. I have to say this is a really good purchase. I’ve been using this tablet for two years, and I really enjoy this big screen to work with my mac. I was hesitant between cintiq 13hd and yiynova, because I knew cintiq was best tablet out there. However, I wanted big screen so bad and I ended up getting yiynova, which is cheaper than cintiq 13hd.Pros: 1.Big screen to work with. I think it’s really important when you are working with a program that has complicated and crowded interface (For example ae, pr) If you’re making animation, I really recommend you getting this instead of Cintiq 13hd.2. Cheap. (To be honest I think this is one of the best purchase I made in many years, sometimes I even feel proud about it).3. I don’t know if it is because of the design of this tablet, but I feel I never get back/shoulder/neck pain when I work with this tablet. All of my friends have pains when they draw. I’m pretty suprised that I don’t have the issues that they have.4. If you want to know what feels like to draw on this tablet, try to think drawing on an old version IPad using a stylus pen. I used to use a stylus pen to draw on my old iPad many years ago, I think these two feelings are very simmilar.Cons:1.It’s not as precise as cintiq. This happens when I want to connect lines. The solution is I have to zoom in my drawing to make the line more accurate.2. The lines I draw sometimes are not stable comparing to what I draw on Cintiq, but I don’t think it a big problem. I just redo it and make it look rightZI recently found out my remote is died, it doesn’t work anymore. Besides that everything is good. Overall I recommend this product. If you can’t afford big screen Cintiq, get this! You will have fun when you draw on this!!!

Solved my Pen Issue
I have a Yiynova MSP19U and the original pen started to get stuck on constant click and no pressure sensitivity. I replaced it with this and it solved the issue! Great price and a better quality than the original pen. Also is smoother and more responsive to draw with! Thanks Panda City!

Okay while it works, but something seems wrong over time with every pen I've had.
This most recent pen is actually a replacement for the 2nd one I got that had faulty pressure sensitivity. This pen was working great for a long time and just today, suddenly got extremely hot and stopped working. Don't know when it happened, there was a fresh battery in it, but it was dead, so I put a fresh battery in it and the light flickered one it and it'd just rapidly click and got hot, killing the new battery, making it hot as well. I took good care of this and I have no idea at this point other than the issue that these are poorly made. I'm going to have to buy yet another replacement until I can afford a new tablet.I figured the first and 2nd ones were flukes, but this is the 3rd one. They simply do not last from daily use.

Pens are too fragile
I went through 3 pens i less than 3 years...wtfThe 2 that came with the monitor stopped working when a. It fell off desk and b. The battery got stuck in pen and it sropped working and last year aug i got the v5 version and fast forward i took it out the box only to find it not working...i emailed panda city with no response, these pens are so fragile...i like the product but i cant recommend this.

I like that I don't have to push down as hard ...
It has a noticeable difference in the pressure sensitivity compared to the V3 pen. I like that I don't have to push down as hard to get the same marks.

Not the biggest fan
The pen's auto save feature constantly bothers me if I'm lightly lining something. To get it to turn on you don't need to mash it against the screen or anything, just one firm press will do it. But when you're using it fairly softly (I definitely was since, switching from the earlier version of this pen, I found I didn't have to press as hard with this one to get thicker lines which is nice -- sensitivity is a plus), the pen won't register your light presses although you're drawing something and will just turn off mid-stroke occasionally.So. It works. But it doesn't work well enough for me to keep dishing out $40 every time my pen begins to break. I think I'll just get a new tablet next time over having to deal with this.

GARBAGE pens. SAVE YOUR MONEY.
This is the THIRD Yiynova pen I've had crack or shatter. One, the battery compartment threads cracked setting the pen (GENTLY) on my desk and the back half of the pen no longer screwed on. Another rolled from my monitor riser onto my desk surface (about 5 inches onto a soft mousepad) and the battery compartment shattered off. THIS pen, I happened to tap the pen against the edge of my tablet while putting it away and the tip has fractured and no longer attaches. If this wasn't such an expensive tablet, I would never buy these pens again. Strongly considering scrapping the whole product, tablet and all, if support doesn't respond.
