I have just started taking these about a week ago and I feel great. When my Doctor advised he takes these and others from this brand, I went on search for them and was glad Amazon had them. I wish they sold more varieties as I would use this brand for all my supplement needs.

I take one of these EVERY day, all year. They are effective for me, confirmed through Vitamin D blood testing. Great dosage in a nice small capsule! Nearly EVERYONE is deficient in Vitamin D, so get these!

Do be mindful that it is a single capsule per serving size so each capsule is your 5000IU. It is a small capsule so it's perfect for those who have issues swallowing large pills. So far, I've had no issues with them and have been taking them regularly. Especially for those living in areas that don't get lots of sunlight, this is an essential supplement to take. 5000IU is a lot, so make sure you are visiting your doctor regularly for monitoring. Whether or not it is effective will really depend on how my labs come back.. Only time will tell.

I don't go outside a lot. There's too many bugs, too much pollen, oppressive heat, and then when winter comes around it doesn't even have a decency to snow anymore. Suffice to say I am not getting as much vitamin d as a person should. So these are very helpful little capsules. I haven't had any bad things happen while I've been taking them but again, I am at like no risk of overdosing on vitamin d. These capsules are very easy to swallow, they're not big at all. It's a simple way to get something that I'm sorely lacking. The price seems good to me. If you're looking for some vitamin d to keep on hand this seems like a really good option.

In the unregulated landscape that is the supplement industry, I greatly appreciate when a company makes the effort to receive third-party certification proving that, A, the pills actually contain what they say, and B, the pills aren't full of lead or something. Momentous has not one but two certifications listed on this bottle, and I have verified both are genuine. That's really all I could ask for.Just as a side note, 5000iu is a quite high dose of vitamin D, so unless you have a diagnosed deficiency, you probably don't need to take one of these every day. The neat thing about vitamin D is that your body can take in a lot at once and use it as needed - for example, if you're given a vitamin D prescription, they may give you a massive pill that you just take once a week. So personally, I'll be taking one of these every two or three days.

This supplement product arrived on time. I know that I have not had enough vitamin D with either my diet or spending time outside. A blood panel I had earlier this year showed it and my doctor asked me to start with a supplement to make up the difference. After reading and research, I felt this was the best product for me. It is not mixed with any other vitamins and should give me the vitamin D I need. I have had no side effects and feel I made the correct decision.
