Over the years I have bought many "body scrubber" bath brushes. Plastic handled are too light weight and the bristles severely lacking. The wooden ones with detachable brush heads get to the point rather quickly where the brush head will not stay on the handle. I saw this " Extra Long Handle - Double Sided Bamboo Dry Body Bath Brush - All Natural Boar Bristles + FREE Hanging Hook" at a very competitive price and decided to give it a try. After about a weeks use all I can say is this is the very best bath brush I've ever had. The length is just right. The soft/firm bristles are perfect. This thing is sturdy, has some weight to it, Body Scrubber with Extra Long Handle - Double Sided Bamboo Dry Body Bath Brush - All Natural Boar Bristles + FREE Hanging Hook! and should last a long time. The added suction type hanging hook is very convenient and has held securely mounted to our slightly textured shower tiles with no problems. The only con (and it's a minor one) is that the beautifully finished wooden handle gets slippery in wet, soapy hands. I would like to have seen some checkering, ribs, or other texturing to give it a more secure grip. I am either going to wrap part of the handle with self-fusing silicone tape or coat it with PLASTI DIP®.

I seem to go through this type brush about every six months as either the wood cracks or the plastic part holding the bristles cracks or both. This brush offered two sides of bristles, one with the plastic and one right into the wood which I liked over the 1 sided bristles and message knobs side, as how many of us really have time in the a.m. for the message side unless showering with a partner... then who needs the knobs on a brush?In any case, it arrived on time and one side seems the bristles are softer and the other more firm. That's enough of a good choice for me with a quick in and out shower. Now all that remains to be seen is how long it will last? So, far happy though.

I am a BIG fan of dry skin brushing to improve lung health and stimulate circulation. I've been through a few brushes. Some have broken, some have gotten full of mold, etc. This one is super sturdy, has both medium and stiff bristles for every possible part of the body. I HIGHLY recommend this as the last brush you will ever need! I may get one just for my suitcase!

I was a little disappointed when opening the brush as I pictured the bristles to be longer and stiffer on one side. Upon using the brush, however, I was pleasantly surprised how well it worked and how nice ot felt. It is well made, the wood is a bit heavy and seems quite sturdy.

Love having both a very stiff and a regular brush side to this long-handled body brush. Always use it before my shower - gets the blood flowing. Have a second one to use in the shower. No more dry skin itchiness! Highly recommended.

Held up better than my last one from another place... I love these brushes when I'm dirty. And I'm dirty.

This is an awesome back brush, made for large hands and suds up perfectly. With the bamboo construction I expect it will last a very long time!!
