Highest potency and biggest bang for the buck. I find it relieves arthritic pain and reduces inflammation. Seems to work like a stool softener too. Read up on it or search youtube. Lot's of good effects from it.

I found out on my last blood test that my cholesterol was a little high, although my doctor did not say anything about it. I decided I had to change my lifestyle to help protect my arteries. I've also been using it in hopes that it helps with my ovarian cysts and lymphocytes. I've also gotten my boyfriend to start with them for his sinuses and joints.So they are meant to be taken on an empty stomach for the full benefits, hours away from your next or last meal. I take them after my dinner since they are delayed release. I have no issues with that.I really don't know if anything has been going on for me since all the issues I have need testing to check the effectiveness. As long as I am not experiencing anything negative, I am good until I find out. For my boyfriend, he went from blowing his nose all day to maybe once or twice a day. No change in joints though (he has issues with his wrists).So we will see what happens. It is a fair sized bottle which lasts a long time, so although it seems pricy, the quantity, dose, and delayed release should be taken into consideration. I think it could be worth it if works.As with any medication, please check with your doctor or pharmacist first, especially since this one can thin the blood which could make it have interactions with other meds.

I did a lot of research on this product. There's even an e-book out about it. I think it really works but there's no way to prove it other than a few weeks after I stopped taking it, I felt worse with more pain. If I take it I feel better. Unfortunately this product is one of many I need to use so it's really hard to tell.

This brand was affordable and gives me over a 1 year supply. The product is of high quality and seems to be better designed to get past the stomach.I have way less issues with a tooth issue that other brands of Serapeptase have caused.
