I am a down pillow user and have slept on down pillows since I was a kid. In the past few years I've noticed that I've been much too hot sleeping on my pillows, probably due to menopause. And also the odor of the feathers started really bothering me. So I went on a search for anything that wasn't down but would give me the same sleeping experience. I tried so many down alternative pillows and most of them just felt like regular foam pillows and were thick and hot. I even tried a buckwheat pillow which felt like a rock. I couldn't even sleep on it for 30 minutes. I use it now on the bed as a back rest and it works great for that. So the search continued and then I found the Serta pillows. The price was so good I thought I would give them a try.Just out of the box I knew the pillows weren't going to be right for me. They felt and looked very big and puffy. My old down pillow was really flat and I could moosh it up to fit just how I like. So I decided to do minor surgery on one of the pillows. Serta, take note: add zippers to these pillows! I cut open an end seam just enough to get my hand through and began pulling out handfuls of the soft fiber fill. I pulled out nearly half the amount in the pillow. But it still wasn't right for me. I then took a zippered pillowcase I had and stuffed it with the filling I removed from the Serta pillow. I did a bit of mooshing and it felt and looked like my old down pillow. I tried it that first night and it did take awhile to get use to as fiber fill is different from down. But I slept great and have been using my franken-pillow for several weeks and have been sleeping really good. So after a bit of work and pillow surgery I finally have something comfortable I can sleep on that doesn't smell like a bird and is nice and cool. I say, give these a try. You can always do what I did and make it work for you.

I’ve been struggling to find a pillow that is comfortable and cooling until I found these! Will be buying more.

The best pillow. I hunted these down after staying at a B&B that had them. They are lofty but squishy, so my head is not at a bad angle but feels like it is sinking down into a supportive cloud. I am so fussy about pillows and this is a winner.

Good pillow and quick delivery

I needed a new pillow. I have been disappointed in the past by pillows online. I tried this Serta because one of my old pillows was a Serta, so I said "why not"? I'mglad I did. I was pleasantlly surprised. I did need to put it in the dryer for 10 minutes on air fluff. It is very comfortable and not hot. I reall like this pillow, glad it came in a 2 pack. I sleep back and sides all night, it didn't matter.

I've bought this particular pillow multiple times over the last few years.It's fairly comfortable, but they've changed the outer fabric of the pillow.Now it's really noisy when you move your head around on the pillow.It crinkles like a potato chip bag. It's just really loud. Not something you want to hear when you're rolling over in your sleep.

If you want soft yet firm sleeping on a cloud like comfort then these are for you.They arrived packaged well inside box with 2 layers of plastic protecting the pillows themselves, along with a serta card stating the details of the pillow with instructions for fluffing. I immediately opened the pillows and allowed to fluff for about 15 minutes before I couldn't help but test one out. Placed a protective cover on them and I was so shocked how comfortable these were. They are soft soft and heavy actually(can tell in video they are quite heavy) but as soon as you apply weight they bounce back right away. I don't worry they will go flat. I ordered the king size and they are true to size for my pillowcases (see video). Perfect for side sleeping since you can squish them and mold them exactly how you want it to lay. helped my neck tremendously.The only con I could think of is some people may not like the swish sounding surface of the pillows BUT you can negate this with a pillow sham or cover. The sound doesn't go thru another fabric.
