Understated design; thus blends well in any decor. Arrived promptly. Very reasonable price. In my situation living by a forest, I found the need to have multiple units throughout the house to deter mice from trying to get into vents, etc. Since adding a unit to each outside wall, the recently heard activity of a mouse has stopped!

It was skeptical at first, but it's been about 2 months now and I haven't seen 1 bug inside my house. I was having issues with spiders and other crawling bugs but they disappeared several days after I pulled these in. If you're having bug issues I would recommend you give these a try. I suggest getting a few more than you need so you can plug in a extra unit in the areas where you're seeing the most bug activity. I look forward to seeing how they perform in spring.

I had a loud critter(s) in my ceiling, between our first and second floor, that would run around every night and make so much noise. It was like clockwork. Each night, 10pm, bang bang bang. (I have no idea what those things do up there to cause them to be so noisy.) Anyway, the loud banging and whatnot disappeared the very day I plugged these into the outlets all over the bottom floor (and one on the second floor). Our ant infestation disappeared the second day of having these plugged in as well, although I must admit, I had sprayed the outside of the house with ant poison several days prior, so I don't know which did it -- the gadgets or the ant poison. Either way, no more ants and no more rodents, so I am very happy, and I definitely recommend this product to any poor, desperate soul with a similar problem as mine.

I am pleasantly surprised and impressed with this product and it's effectiveness so far. I was skeptical about how they would work. I am using it in a somewhat unorthodox manner. I have a problem this fall where rodents have moved into and around my henhouse and chicken run. I have tried several methods to get rid of them with no success. I placed these in protected areas around the run and henhouse. After a week I am no longer seeing signs that they are still there. My chickens and ducks do not seem to be bothered by these which I also find to be a pleasant surprise. My only negative comment is that their effective range seems to be only a few feet. I base this on rodent activity the first few days after I installed them. But, now I am beginning to think the range may be longer than my initial impression.

I must say, this was an extreme fail for us. Not only did it not work right away, it says it can take up to 3 weeks to work. Well, mice make a lot of babies in 3 weeks. We tried everything humane and I finally gave and had the boyfriend set traps. We started with one mouse and caught 15 so far thanks to my patience and wishful thinking. We still have more mice after we thought we had them all gone and I'm trying to figure out how to rid completely but I'll tell you what, were over 4 weeks and this has made no impact. We are returning today to Amazon. Its a shame, I thought the science made sense but if in a small house that would not work, (900 sf) it certainly won't in bigger. I wouldn't bother and waste your money much less potential mouse population growth and problems that ensue from that.

My kitchen opens into the garage and due to storing lots of stuff in there in boxes, we developed a bug problem. Every morning we would wake up and have to clean up tiny dead bugs from the kitchen floor. This is with terminix treatment every 3 months. I decided to order some of these to see if they would help. We cleaned out all junk from the garage, still had some bugs, had terminix come retreat, bug problem wasn't as bad, plugged these in 3-4 days ago. I have cleaned up 4 bugs from my kitchen. Right in front of where the repeller is plugged in.The description does say that bugs will be gone after a few short weeks of use. So I will update my review later if I stop seeing any bugs. If not.. well I may just have to move.UPDATE: I am changing from a 3 star review down to a 1. As I mentioned earlier, Terminix came and treated around the same time as we installed the repellers. The reason we saw a difference was because of Terminix. It has been around a month since the last treatment and since we started using these, I have seen bugs crawling in front of the repeller, and just this morning, there were 5 laying dead under one. I wasn't sure about these to begin with because most of the reviews were made by people who were sent the item at a free or discounted rate, but decided to try them anyway. I paid full price for them and would advise others not to.NEW UPDATE:After that review, I was still seeing bugs. Terminix came back out and treated again the week of Thanksgiving. I left on Thanksgiving for vacation. I was fully expecting to come home and see little bugs dead under my windows and by the door in the kitchen. Came home after a week and there were no bugs. Okay, maybe there were none because of the treatment. Every morning I would still check and we kept not seeing any bugs. Since then, I have seen 1. That's only 1 bug in almost 2 months! Could it be because of terminix? Sure.. but I have been calling them out almost monthly because they treat and the bugs still don't go away. Could it be these repellers? I guess so. Either way, I'm updating my review and giving this product 4 stars because even with terminix coming out monthly I was still seeing bugs and around 3 months after starting use of these I haven't seen any.

Does not keep them completely out, some mice have crept behind furniture with this on in the same room when we had clutter or a rotten Christmas tree about to be taken out. Some mice are wimpier than others.

SO FAR NO SIGNS OF MICE!
