Not the best bit dora the job.
I tried other sliders brand they had at my local gym and loved the exercises I could do with it and that’s why I ordered this ones but they are not as good as the ones I tried. They don’t slide as smooth and get stuck on this kind of synthetic grass. But as I said on the title for the price they still do the job.

These are round
From the picture they looked oval but arrived fully round. This makes it difficult to put a foot on it. It’s ok for knees and hands but trying to do splits is difficult.

A towel works better than trying to use these !!! So hard to control
