NO WAY is this for small dogs.
I have Pomeranians, they are approximately 6lbs and ordered this hammock because it said "small" You could put a Labrador Retriever in this "small" hammock. Ridiculous. Not sure who is making this judgement call for size, but obviously they are not aware of dog sizes. Sizing is incorrect. I do not recommend this product. BTW I have a mini aussie and this thing is to big for her as well!!!

Hang In There!
Works just like it says it does. Was able to trim my dog’s nails and clean out his paws without him trying to always run away from me!I would say that my dog is 17lbs and not sure how you would hang any dog bigger because the clips didn’t seem to strong to begin with. Just be careful!

It works
I have three little dogs, one is a chihuahua with raptor claws that has a meltdown every single time I tried to clip or grind her nails. It was generally a two person job. This allowed me to get all her nails trimmed by myself in one sitting. She was less frantic about the process.

My Pups Loved this thing!
I hung it between two swings in the yard. Each pup took his turn getting his nails clipped and ears cleaned with no hassle. To give them trust in the swing I would lightly swing the pouch back and forth to give him/her the feel of it. It took me 30 mins to do all 3. This was a record grooming time for me. I am telling all my pet lovers that will listen to me about this. It really is a great deal. I feel it has already paid for itself. My pups are ages 13(average size pug) , 2(big male chug) and 1 1/2(small female chug). Would give 10 stars if I could.

size not working for me
I ordered a small for my 5# Yorkie and when I received it it was almost he same size as the medium I had ordered so I was not happy with it, there was no option for a extra small. As far as the sturdiness and ease of use and value for the money I was ok with, I just need one that will work for my small dogs

She fought it at first but gave in and made grooming her so much easier!!

Nice hammock
We have 2 miniature pinschers and we bought the small. Worked out just fine and easy to get them in the hammock and ready to go. They still fought about getting their nails trimmed but they were secure. Can't do 5 starts because we only used once.
