Zymox YES!! Prednisone NOOOOOOOOOO!!!
Vast improvement after just one use. I've been using Zymox with Hydrocortisone and that has worked pretty well but I thought I'd give this a try without the Hydro. to see what it would do, if anything. I applied about a 1/2 line to his semi wet paws and up the legs last night. He's Jack/Corgi mix. The dampness of his feet will spread it more evenly and a thinner coating. I put on a cone until it dried and typically he would start licking as soon as I take it off but not this time. He put his head down and went to sleep. It worked that quickly. I then did the same this morning and has had no problem of him licking. He has grass allergies all summer until the first snow leaving his paws and about 3in. up his leg almost bald. If you've tried this and doesn't work then try the Zymox with Hydroc. or vice versa. Each animal is different. It's a great product with and without the Hydrocortisone but it all depends on what your dog has that needs treating. Like many others, huge vet bills to include prednisone and Benedryl for 8 months and he swelled to an extra 7 pounds and was suffering so much he was literally just existing. Vets need to pay the bills by prescribing meds but that doesn't mean they'll work. The vet wanted to do allergy shots but there was no guarantee that would work and with a cost of over $300, I knew there had to be something else out there. When I told the Vet about the Zymox all he said was, Oh, that's good, glad it worked for you. Not as all surprised or puzzled which made me think he knew the Zymox would have worked but didn't want to use. Disappointed about my Vet but grateful I found the Zymox after my sister mentioned using Hydrocortisone...she went through the same thing in Florida with her pup. It's really good stuff and almost 100% sure it'll work for you. Shipping was quick and packaged well. Will order and recommend the product to everyone!!

Fast Itch Relief
It works well, but not perfectly. It is better than the version sold at big box pet stores. It provides fast relief for itchy hot spots, but I don’t think it does much to promote healing.

Hours comparing products until I found this
I'm not going to take chances with my dog. Even products that were mostly good reviews had way too many 1 star reviews saying it caused an allergic reaction. I am from the Midwest and I wanted a product that a big name store I trust carried as well. I know Chewy is a big online company but still relatively new and the products had too many reviews ranging from it Durant work to allergic reaction. Finally I came across this after hours of searching Amazon and then going to Google. Petco carries it (I'm a lifelong customer of Pet Supplies Plus and Petco although my previous dogs have never had such a problem with their elbows. My dog now was heavy when we got her as a rescue at 7 years old and I've been working hard to get her weight down. She's so good oriented though and I feel bad, especially after she was abandoned and I have a hard time saying No.Anyway her weight is getting under control finally but it was really bothering me how scabbed up and dry her elbows were. I was satisfied I could trust this product and ordered it. I can already see a marked improvement in 3 days. It went from all scab, rough to the touch and no hair to smoother to the touch and some hair starting to grow back.I am very hopeful that in 2-3 weeks the progress has continued. I called the 800 number to see if it was OK to apply more than 1-2x a day but they advised against it. They said I could go longer than the recommended 2 weeks but to stick to 1-2x a day. I'll try to report back with pics but if you are paranoid about what products you give your dog you can rest easy with this one. At least based on every metric I can think ofEDIT: It has been a few weeks and it's a slow process but it's definitely working. This area was completely bald and coarse when I started and now it is soft and more hair is growing back. She rolls over to let me apply the cream when she sees I'm walking to her with it so seems to understand and like the effect it's havingEdit two : like an idiot when I ran out I started using Neosporin thinking that's gotta be close. It wasn't long until it was worse then ever as she not only was bald and course again but scabs. I ordered this again and within 3-4 days every scab was gone, her elbows went from dry, white, and bald to soft, pink, and getting hair back. And she's old and gets tired and will lay down on the cement and seems to enjoy it as she'll wag get tail and bark at stuff and has always liked the outdoors and I've tried bringing a spare dog bed outside or keeping her on the grass but she gets stubborn. Anyway at least this product is fantastic at keeping her elbows comfortable and she definitely gets up easier when on it

Cat with pillow foot
Pretty sure my cat had pillow foot, it was just his bottom back paw pads. Not all of the pads either. Anyways, whatever it was he had, this stuff cleared it up.

Works well
My dog has had a rash on his belly for over a month and nothing has seemed to help. I tried this ointment and it seems to be clearing up after about a week.
