Victorinox10-Inch Curved Cimeter Knife, Rosewood Handle

I purchased this knife as a replacement for my other victorinox. As a butcher this knife is a blessing! It holds its edge very well and is a very versatile knife, this knife allows me to do my job with ease. The rosewood handle also looks very appealing and I like the feel of it better than the traditional fibrox handles!

Very sharp. Good fit and finish on knife. Comfortable to grip and use. Use proper cutting technique or visit the ER yes it is that sharp. Great for big jobs. For boning get a six or 8” boning or breaking knife

This knife is terrifying, yet I revere it for its high functionality. Sharp and sleek, it's an adjustment from thicker blades, but I use it for everything. Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, filleting fish, dicing veggies, or processing a fresh deer.

Amazing meat cutting knife! I will never use another. Does the job very well, and it looks great in my knife collection. I like everything Victorinox makes but they really outdid themselves with the rosewood collection!

First impression when i received this knife was SCARED!!!! There is something about this knife that makes it looks like a beast. Its very sharp and strong. Seems a little big first but after using it a few times it got comfortable.

When I opened the knife I thought I made a mistake ordering the 10" knife. I certainly did not make a mistake. I absolutely LOVE this knife. It is easy to handle and I can use on a small chicken as well as large pieces of meat.

This knife gets the job done!
