My daughter is able to do her work on the desk and she has her own little space.

We were looking for a functional study desk and chair for our 5-year-old son. Initially we were considering a set by another company, which has received excellent reviews on Amazon.com. We then found this set by Wymo by chance. From the pictures, this set looked almost identical to the one we originally considered, but with one attractive extra feature (per the features lists of the two sets at Amazon): There's a paper roll support under the table, and two magnetic rulers are included to hold the paper in place. It all looked nice; however, it appears that this set was released very recently and had received no reviews as of early August. I checked the website, and learned that the manufacturer is a reputable company, so I finally bit the bullet and placed an order.The set arrived well-packaged. All components inside the box were protected by styrofoam. The instruction diagram was clear, and all screws were (almost, see below) labeled and placed in their own pocket. It took me about 50 minutes to assemble the set, and my 5 year old and 3 year old immediately sat on the chair starting reading their favorite books. The color (blue-n-white) is vibrant and matches my son's room well.A few miscellaneous issues that occurred during assembling:1. At one step, I had to screw in #9 screws, but the pockets had numbers only up to #8. I looked around and found 4 un-labled screws in another big plastic bag. The size of the #9 screws is very different from others so there's no worries to mix up; nonetheless, it would still be nice to have them labeled and placed together with other screws.2. There were a few hex (Allen) bolts that took me quite a few minutes to have them tightened even with the very nice and super-sized Allen wrench that is provided in package, as their locations either were not ideal or were in conflict with other components slightly.3. I had some confusion on attaching the two metal bars that support the drawer, as they can go either way. I checked the video instruction on Wymo website but it's not helpful in this issue (it's a nice instructional video though). I then figured out that direction of the metal bar has to ensure the drawer to slide out from front.In summary, this is a very well-designed set of study desk and chair. As the height could be adjusted and the built quality is superb, I expect my son and daughter will be using them for many years to come.

The final product:It is a fun desk and the metal feels pretty solid / heavy.It does not slide well at all on carpet. Not a problem, but plan accordingly.My son is thrilled to do his homework at the desk and to paint.We're all very pleased with this deskThe install:The screws had a little trouble lining up. Which was a bit painful.Also, the bases of both looked very similar, so just keep an eye on which base you are putting together.And it was easy to install the desk backwards.All in all, the instructions were pretty good and it was pretty good.

All great except for the way the paper rolls, not easy for the kids.

This desk is great! I got it for my 6 year old (1st grader). It's sturdy and will definitely grow with him. He's about 4ft, 60lbs. We were having issues with him focusing on homework sitting at the dinner table. This desk is his work space and he loves it! I put it together by myself in probably 45min. We'll be buying another one soon for my younger child.

the table came without instructions, without a wrench, without a lamp. torn box. quality very poor.

My little girl finally has her own little study space and it will grow with her. This thing is SOLID. Not cheap or flimsy at all. Its going to last. Very glad we got it. My daughter is 6
