Q: Is this good for nail art. Bc the dollar store ones are to wholey ans leave bubbles?

Hello. It was not good for nail art. It did not transfer the polish well at all. 🙁

Q: do these expand in water?

they do expand a little when you get it wet. I use these to wipe my gel nails between coats and when I apply alcohol it expands and also when I apply water they expand. It isn't a HUGE puff up or anything.

Q: do they have any added chemicals to them? looking for plain non-latex cosmetic sponges.

I've used cosmetic sponges with Vitamin E in them, and it was touted on the label. These mention no additives (it'd be a selling point), smell like nothing, and leave no coating on my skin (besides what Im applying with the sponges, I mean), so I believe the label, that they're simply non-latex sponges.

Q: What is the item no for this product? fsc535 or fsc673?

I don't know what the item number is because I threw the bag away. The bag was extremely loud every time you open it, it crinkles and crackles soo much . . . my OCD/ADHD/DVD and VHS cannot tolerate it . . . cheap cellophane maybe(?)
